Only use if last resort to find a rare book
Ordered a book, found it much cheaper at Hive and Blackwells moments later so tried to cancel and there was no option at all. The supposed "edit" button was nowhere to be seen which means they must have shipped it within 30 seconds. Impressive, but not if you need to cancel. Overpriced and lousy customer service.

No delivery and no customer service update
Ordered a book early Dec as a xmas gift, supposed to be here here 15 Dec. It has not even been shipped... no customer service update whatsoever. Wrote them two e-mails asking for an update (only customer "service" contact option), and no reply. But they have the audacity of sending automated emails on new deals and suggest to order more books. Never again.

Made 2 orders. The first one came wrong and the second one never came and its been a month. I live in cph...it is ridiculous. Aliexpress would send it faster from china. NEVER AGAIN TALES. When I bought it said "4-7 days levering" HAHAHA its been a month and they still packing it at the store?! You guys have no shame

I ordered a book which I was supposed to use for my presentation at work. The delivery has been delayed by five days so far (I still have not received it). Thus, it will arrive too late. Very frustrating!

They took my order when they didn't have it…
They took my order when it is perfectly clear they did not have access to the book. They then strung me along for a month until admitting they could not supply.
After one day of telling me they can't get it they are now trying to sell the same book.
Absolute con merchants!
Never again!!!

First of all, thank you for supplying us with more info, so I could look into your order.
The book you ordered is not a book that we or our supplier keep in stock, which is why it has quite a log delivery time in the first place. It needs to obtained from the publishers own warehouse, which can be located anywhere in the world.
Unfortunately, there is not details from the publisher if the book is in stock or not, but only that they accept orders on the book, which is why we have it listed on your site for sale.
After the long waiting time, we did reach out to the supplier only to be told, it is in fact not in stock, and no new date for when it might be, which is why your order was cancelled.
It is a mistake that the book is still listed on your site as available and this has now been corrected.

For hard to find Christian Books - Try Tales!
I found it quite difficult to obtain this book, "Journey to Christmas".
So I was delighted to find Tales who were very easy to deal with and who sent the book very quickly. It was beautifully wrapped.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Tales.

Uplifting Memories of Childhood in Scotland
I have just spent a most enjoyable “extra hour” (since putting back the clocks) reading this wonderful book of childhood memories. I was transported to a time and place which added depth and colour to the tales my dad’s family tell of growing up in Lanarkshire. I was delighted to read about the summer working holidays in Aberdeenshire where I was brought up with the Doric around me. So much ground is covered with enthusiasm and humour throughout, I had to read it in a oner. I recommend this as the perfect gift to lift the reader’s spirits! Sláinte 🥃

These guys rock! I accidentally smashed my bro's special mug - Tales had them listed but not in stock. These mugs are IMPOSSIBLE to find.
Somehow, they managed to source one for me. Happy me, happy bro. Result! The staff communication is prompt and friendly, too.
