It was very easy to put in my location and review the variety of options. The design of the ring came quickly and once ready was delivered quickly with no issues. It really is a nice way to where a memento of a very important location - mine is in memory of someone who passed away so it is very meaningful.

The link from the hanger to the earring looks very fragile so hope it will hold for a long period but I’m not an expert.
Have to add that for our location, it looks very abstract and its nice that it can be worn as a daily jewel without everyone noticing and making it “cringe”.
Customer support 5/5 as I wanted to upgrade after initial purchase which went very smooth.
Long story short: girlfriend loved it!
