Piece is custom made. You won't have it in 2 days....but it's worth the wait! Mine arrived about 3 weeks or so.

Excellent, great product quality and packaging.
Improvement:
I wished I had been informed of production delays as soon as they happened (through the platform/order status site or email).
The good thing: the defect was detected before shipping, it ensured a quality product on delivery! But 2 weeks delay deserved a heads up without being prompt to raise the service to the bar the product is.

Excellent Customer Service!! I originally ordered the bigger size as a surprise for my wife. When it arrived she said she preferred a smaller size, when I reached out about my issue it was promptly taken care of. She loved the new map necklace! Great Customer Service and Great Communication!
