I booked a car service from the Punta…
I booked a car service from the Punta Cana airport to a resort April of 2026. The car service company sends me multiple photos of where to wait (multiple locations). The representative Alberto Martinez, sends me a different location inside the airport. I’m confuse so I end up calling the person. And he basically berates me on not waiting in the right place and rudely informs me that he was the representative not the driver and that there was no reason to call him. I’m in a foreign country, where I don’t know the language, looking for my ride and this chubby, little guy is telling me I’m not acting right. Worst way to start off my trip
