I love the fact Talkdesk provided a free trial period that allowed my team and myself to see how useful it could be to our organization. The bar was set so high with Talkdesk that we felt it was in our best interest to keep using it long term.
You cant beat the ability to easily connect with my customers via phone with a simple click of the button. I also love that it is compatible with Salesforce.

The best part for me is that I was doing not only live and recorded call reviews, but also reporting based off of daily call volumes. Talkdesk is definitely one of the easiest platforms in delivering real-time data.

Talkdesk with Salesforce
I'm using Talkdesk with the Salesforce connector.
Talkdesk callbar it's not working properly sometimes. When I click on the phone of a contact in Salesforce, it does not prompt the call in Talkdesk. I need to insert manually the phone number in Talkdesk callbar.
The mobile app of Talkdesk is not really realiable. It often goes offline, changing the status in "Offline", and declining incoming calls.
I'm disappointed that, when I'm receiving a call form a unkown number in Talkdesk callbar, and I save that number under a specic name, this contact doesn't transfer into Salesforce, but it just remain in the callbar library.

Implementing Talkdesk into our customer service channels has proved to be a huge win for our company. We're able to stay connected with those who matter most without fail—for the most part. Sometimes I am not able to pull up past conversations, but aside from that, Talkdesk continues to provide us with improvements to aid us in better communication with our customers.
