I have really enjoyed the course so far, it is very motivating and informative, can’t wait to start Week 4

This is an excellent course for someone who is new into to buying, selling or letting property, and everything else in between.
It can also be a great tool for someone who has experience and wants to expand there knowledge.

As someone who isn't great with computers, It's hard to navigate some of the features and tools on the website while trying to learn. Some "how to use" videos would help with the process!

All in all this a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn, while also connecting with like minded people who are on a similar journey.

I'm currently in the exciting process of learning property deal sourcing, BRRR,HMO ect with these guy.From the very beginning they teach how this isn't going to be a get rich quick program, or try and sell you other expensive course. The quality and professional training is amazing. They will teach you that there are no short cuts and you must build up your knowledge and skills so that you can build a successful credible business. This course is a must for anyone who is serious in making from property.

Fantastic training program. Vijay explains things very clearly. Perfect for relative property novices like me! Cannot recommend this program highly enough.

Just bought my first property with talking houses and have to say it's been a really good experience after having a few meetings with Michael who was excellent and explained everything very clearly about the whole process, I was then in the capable hands of Lola who again was fantastic in keeping me informed and liaising with everyone involved, the first of many more would definitely recommend

I have been with Property Launchpad since June 2025. The programme is very detailed and covers all the information needed to understand about property investing and deal sourcing.

Mike, Vijay and Shaun are the experts and give lot of information during the Q&A sessions.

I am glad to be part of this group and all the members are very supportive.

12 week course and only 3 weeks in. Its easy to see why TH are one of the best in the North East.

Invaluable information and knowledge being shared with real life practical examples. Ultimately you will get out what you are willing to put in. Look forward to the remaining weeks and a fruitful relationship ahead.

Had an initial call with Mike from Talking Houses, informal chat on the phone (no sale pitch or pressure) about what we were looking for.

He invited me to meet Shaun to have a look at some projects they were working on in Newcastle. Shaun was great, again offered advice on our investment journey and was good to see the properties in person.

Within a few days I was sent a property deal, which we went for in and now completed on.
Shaun has picked up the keys on Completion Day and work started immediately on our new Investment Property.

Can't thank Shaun and Mike enough for their insights and attitude. Genuine and honest guys.

Purchased 2 with no issues everyone was extremely helpful Mike helped out from inception to execution and will definitely be getting more from them!

We would strongly caution others to carefully consider before working with this company. Our experience has been extremely disappointing and has left us with significant concerns.

We were contracted to complete multiple projects across a number of properties. Each project was completed to the agreed specification, signed off on site, and finished within the timeframes that had been set. Despite this, we have only ever received payment for one of the completed properties. For the remaining projects, our invoices remain outstanding.

Throughout this process, communication has been inconsistent and problematic. On several occasions, responsibility for the non-payment was shifted or attributed to management changes, but these explanations did not resolve the situation. We have also been told that issues with the quality of work were the reason for withholding payment, yet this conflicts with the fact that the works were signed off and the properties have since been marketed for rental, which would not have been possible if the work had genuinely been deemed unsatisfactory.

In addition, claims were made that other trades were required to correct our work. We do not believe this to be the case, as we had completed all agreed snagging within the required timeframes. These statements felt misleading and further complicated the resolution process.

The reality is that, while the company appears to have secured funds from investors for these developments, those funds have not been passed down fairly to subcontractors who carried out the work. This has created a situation where trades have delivered their services in good faith, but payments remain outstanding despite the properties benefiting from the works and being brought to market.

This experience has caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and financial loss to our business. Unless this matter is resolved promptly, we will have no option but to take further steps to recover the amounts owed.

Based on our experience, we cannot recommend working with this company, and we would urge others to be extremely cautious before entering into any agreements with them.
