Additional charges 1 month later!?!

I placed an order on Jan 8. Shipping was suppose to be free (have screenshot as proof). Received the product a week later. Started wearing the shoes. 1 month later I receive a letter from FedEx of a $41.34 charge for a product with a customs value $63.30 (have screenshot as proof). Reached out to TM shoes and they said this is custom fee and needs to be paid. However this information was not provided upfront otherwise I wouldn't have placed the order especially if it'll be almost the product value of 1 shoe pair (2 shoes for $96). Further, I never received the FedEx fee at the time of delivery. Had I received it when the product was delivered by FedEx, I would have returned the products to the company BC they provided incomplete information.

Today on the phone, I even told them that I want the products returned now that I have recieved this undisclosed exhorbitant fee from FedEx. However, they say I can't return the products since I have used them!?! Well then why didn't you get this letter to me at the time of delivery so I could make an informed judgement before wearing the shoes?

This company is a scam and stand clear of it. I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau. I have shipped the products back to the company in the 1 month used state they are in.

I will be demanding a full refund.

A very smooth transaction in all ways.

The shoes I ordered were delivered to my UK address within 4 days. The quality, style and fit of the shoes is very good. I am European size 41 and ordered US size 8. Nothing not to like, highly recommended.

Just received my 5th purchase very…

Just received my 5th purchase very satisfied with both the customer service and product on the whole.

However I’m seeing that the inner soles are not standing up very well as the top layer are separating from the base not only from the shoes I’ve purchased but also from the additional inner soles I purchased separately

Very fast shipping and the shoes look…

Very fast shipping and the shoes look top quality. Have yet to try them on. Very competitively priced compared to other similar brands out there. Will be buying again for sure! Many styles to choose from and they are not the outdated looks from like 10 years ago. Trendy and affordable!
