Never received my order despite being given two dates.

I received one of their sports shoes and 1) it had a piece of hard fabric at the back (heel) of one of the shoes that I could not remove. I started to fray my socks and rub against my skin. 2) that same shoe made a loud clicking sound that was very annoying. I sent a picture in with my complaint to the company and they responded that they would need a video, or I could send the shoe back at my expense. In general, I have found their shoes to be sometimes ill-fitting. I will never buy this product again.

Ordered two pairs of shoes — neither fit, and both Swiss Post and La Poste refused the return parcels. The company admitted in writing that their return process doesn’t work for Switzerland or France, yet still refused a full refund and offered only store credit. I’ve spent time, money and effort with no usable outcome. Not recommended – the company lacks integrity.

Please beware of scams, fraud, and poor service. First, they deceive you with shipping. They charge you for express shipping but send slow shipping. I ordered shoes from them and paid almost $100 for express delivery, based on the assumption that they would deliver them in 3 or 4 days. Now, two weeks have passed, and I haven't received anything.

What's worse is that they don't respond. I've sent them many messages without a reply, and I don't know what to do now.

This company doesn't respect its customers. Please be careful. I have two bad experiences with them. In my first experience, they did the same thing: they charged for express shipping and sent slow shipping, and the quality of the shoes was poor. But I thought it wasn't their fault and told myself to try again. My second experience confirmed that they are bad. Beware.

Delivery is always quick, and discrete packaging. The shoes/trainers are of great quality. I stupidly tried another supplier (Forciano) after seeing an advert. They were awful. From now on I’m sticking with Tallmenshoes as I know I get a really good product. I’ve bought of them loads.

Nice shoe that does exactly what it is supposed to do, however a wide should be offered. A shoe stretcher will be needed for most men. Also the shoe should be available in different heights, not everyone wants 2.8, the leather is of excellent quality. The shoe will squeak with the wrong socks, so be careful what you wear on your feet. The shoe lining is NOT of good quality. You will be comfortable and confident with your new found height. I’m on my 3rd pair over the last 12 years so until someone makes a better style for the price, I’m here to stay.

Avoid purchasing from here. If the item is not a perfect fit or the items don’t match their description then you’re stuck with the delivery charges with sending the item back. Especially if it’s international postage it will cost you a lot.
Avoid at all costs

I am a loyal customer of Tallmenshoes and the leather shoes are stunning and top quality. I have been purchasing my work shoes from them for 5 years now. The shoes are very durable and lasts a long time.

They intentionally over price the shoe size you select vs others price gouging you. Then they will send you expired discount codes and not honor them when you reach out to customer support. The only thing they care about is $ not customer service. Other elevator shoe companies put out same quality shoes with less of a financial headache.

They provide excellent products and excellent service. I walk taller, and nobody can notice it by looking at my shoes. And they come in ALL fashionable styles.

I ordered a pair of sneakers order # 990198902 they arrived size 9 I wear size 9 but the width is for a child they don't fit, they have no phone # to contact them and I cannot download pictures on my pc so I can start a return . I guess I'll just have to eat it.
