I cannot recommend Tallow and Ash enough from the actual products to their excellent customer service they’ve just sorted out a delivery problem out for me within an hour of contacting them by email fantastic service.

I have already ordered a few things and have been really impressed the stain pen and remover have been truly amazing, I’ll be honest I was skeptical at first but thought I’ll try it! It removed stains out of my bed sheets that I’ve previous tried and failed to remove! The pen is great especially with having 3 kids and my last purchase was the fabric spray in summer fling which I absolutely love the smell of and it’s made my house smell amazing, everyone comments when they come in. So I ordered the summer fling and date night laundry duos, unfortunately I didn’t receive them but a quick email to customer services and I’ve got a replacement on the way, amazing products and amazing customer services. Definitely be subscribing for my next order! Products you just can’t be without ❤️

I ordered the Duvet Day laundry duo, a pack of discovery samples, the stain pen and refills. The refills were sadly broken when the order arrived and had leaked out into the box. I contacted the Tallow Ash and they replaced them very quickly and even added in a free sample pack of shampoo and conditioner, which I felt was a lovely touch and fabulous customer service. I will definitely be ordering again soon.

I have brought most washing powders and conditioning sets from Tallow & Ash and they are amazing not to mention the fabric sprays.
I have just purchased the stain remover pen and had an issue on arrival well lets juat say this issues was resolved within half an hour. Yet to use the stain remover.
But lets just say the products are amazing.And now also using customer service they are just as amazing as their products and extremely fast in response.

We love all scents in this household. And what is even better my sensitive skin and the pooches love the chemistry of the product.

Smell linger like no tomorrow on your loundary. And the fabric sprays are amazing also. Again don’t upset my four legged friend.

I have been using Tallow and Ash products for a while now, they smell divine and I am forever getting compliments on how lovely my clothes smell. I recently had an issue with an order not being delivered, their fab team looked into it and despatched a replacement order the same day. I highly recommend their products and customer service.

I spoke with Jovelyn this morning regarding my mystery laundry duo parcel that was due to arrive today but unfortunately, it was damaged in transit with Evri. I contacted Jovelyn and she responded very quickly and re generated and shipped the order straight away!

I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for my laundry for the past few years and love them both. The scents are wonderful and do linger. I use it on our linen bedding and the bedroom smells of them for days after a wash. I recently purchased the Oud booster serum and it really does boost the scent and lasts even longer.

I had to contact customer service today as I’d made my latest purchase on the wrong email and wanted to swap the points I earned to the right account. They answered within the hour, on a Sunday to sort quickly! No fuss. Just a lovely email back. Fantastic customer service from a great brand. Thank you.

Your staff are so helpful i could not thank them enough nothing is to much for them nice people thank you very much , and if any one is reading this I recommend all there washing shampoo conditioner and refresh spray best i have every used and will not use any thing else now so buy it is lovely xxx

I’ve been using Tallow +Ash products for quite a while now, and I can honestly say they’ve transformed my laundry routine. The Oud fragrance is unlike anything else I have every tried.
For best results I find layering with the new oud concentrate and finishing with the fabric spray is the way to go!
