Love my 2 garden heaters be great for winter months

Garden furniture looked really lovely on the TALOR website and I was not disappointed once delivered. My new furniture is absolutely perfect, and just in time for the lovely weather we are having. Comfortable and stylish, really finishes off all the hard graft I’ve put into my garden. Would definitely recommend TALOR.

Ordered online with very accessible process. Was surprised at just how soon the furniture would be available. Particularly impressed by the company used for delivery.
Only complaint is that it isn't as comfortable as the old stuff it replaces. Had we viewed it in a shop, we wouldn't have chosen this set.

Would happily order again as my order was delivered with faulty chairs & these were replaced within a few weeks

The furniture is lovely and both comfortable and stylish. Delivery was within the time frames given at the time of ordering.

Great product and not too much building when it arrived

Great service from Talor from ordering to delivery. Phoned a few time for an update and calls were always dealt with efficiently and politely. Absolutely love my higold furniture which has had nothing but praise about comfort and style.

Really good communication throughout, regular updates on ETA.

Very happy with the helpful sales staff and the delivery. The pergola has been built and looks even better than I imagined.

Furniture arrived quicker than expected - really easy to put together and extremely comfortable. The delivery process was very simple and arrived exactly when it did. Love that it has a free winter cover - using it daily to keep the sofa clean.

Happy with my order and delivery, services team kept me informed about delivery delay of one of my items and arranged delivery in parts so i get the available products as soon as they are available.

Their delivery and customer service is appalling. I received furniture which was not as on the photos and returned it (delivery driver was rude and didn't like the fact it was being returned) and re-ordered a different set. The new set arrived (another afternoon away from work) and the delivery driver couldn't build it, said it was the wrong way around and was not right. It was then handled with no care at all to sling it in the back of the van (the driver actually said he didn't care if it got damaged). When being received back it was built by TALOR and they said it was right despite the box giving wrong dimensions (?). They now want to re-deliver that set but are not prepared to offer any discount for the disruption caused by them. Just awful

Talor Garden Furniture is an excellent company with a very good range of outdoor furniture. The furniture is very good quality and the customer care is fabulous. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Dealt with a minor issue very quickly and efficiently. Have recommended to friends.

Item was great and arrived as described and within the timelines advised.
Unfortunately item was slightly damaged on delivery however Scott from the Customer Service team I couldn’t fault. Prompt, polite, didn’t have to wait days for a reply and resolved the issue immediately. A great addition to the team.
Star lost only because item arrived a little damaged.

Really like our new garden furniture - very modern and appears to be well made.
Delivery was good, quick and good customer service.

A couple of cons about the furniture itself:
- Once the seat cushions are on, the chair arms are a bit low.
- The teak stain runs a bit in the rain (to be expected as we didn't want to bother with a cover, and just don't push the chairs fully under the table)
- It took quite a while to assemble.

Otherwise / in general, very content! :)
