Requires a 360 degree view of the room, but does not allow enough flexibility for the different scenarios you as test takers might encounter. Not everyone has a removable camera they can easily move around the room. I had to move a heavy monitor at very awkward angles, kneel and try to balance it under my desk, and the proctor kept telling me what I was showing wasn't sufficient. This was very physically difficult and I ended up damaging my monitor because they kept telling me I was moving too fast or too slow.

Not accommodating to people with disabilities. They also say you can't have ear pieces so good luck to people with Cochlears and hearing aids.

Zendesk uses this company to proctor their test environments. Me and 2 other coworkers were sponsored by our boss to take the Admin Certification Exam, the 2 of them were able to take the exam to the end but I wasn't even able to get past through the environment checks. After I submitted a ticket, they made me take a speed test from their website speed.talview.com and not from a trusted website like Google or speedtest.net



So guess what was the outcome? I of course didn't pass, and if you try yourself, you probably won't either. I had my 2 coworkers take the speed test as well and they both failed, but remember they took the test already. I have excellent internet speeds when using Google or speedtest.net. Talview keeps blaming me for the issue and refuse to take accountability. This company is just a mafia.

A company used this platform to hire, it wants your face and other things before you even speak to a human. So gross, it's not consent if you can't reject.

Advised the recruiter this is a big red flag and I wouldn't be doing it. We found a way to go directly to the hiring manager to side-step this nonsense.
