Experience with drsmile

Very friendly dentists but they can’t give you a professional advice about your orthodontic procedure because they are not orthodontists.
I went to the clinic several times because I had an appointment with dr. Smile. The appointment was cancelled without letting me know. Several customers were planned at the same time. Because of the system failure they couldn’t see in my profile.
Impossible to finish the treatment because the company is not reachable. Impossible to get retainers for 6 months.
