Michael Longley was our mortgage broker and from start to finish, he was wonderful! He secured us an AIP quickly and always answered any questions we had promptly.
Our lender took a while to complete the assessment and issue us an offer, making an error along the way, but Michael stayed in constant communication with us and went the extra mile to secure us an offer and overturn the error very quickly.
I could not recommend Michael enough and Town & Country themselves were always quick to respond and help in any way they could - alongside securing us fantastic insurance deals!

I'm new to the business of applying for a mortgage. Stephen was very patient with me, and kept me updated throughout the process. Stephen was informative, friendly, and like the advertisment used to say "does what it says on the tin". Previously I had appointments with other advisors. They were not a patch on the excellent service I received this time. If Stephen said that he would do something, he did it.
