Not a great experience. Maybe it was just the salesman i had but he consistently lied. Car delivery was repeatedly delayed waiting for parts that were supposedly at fault and being replaced but were never actually fitted.

Fantastic buying experience - purchased high spec Range Rover sport but due to living almost 300 miles away, it wasn’t really feasible to travel to view the car but Luke in particular removed any concerns I had and made the process hassle free, working tirelessly with multiple videos, e-mails and phone calls to make sure I was getting the car I wanted and that everything was as it should be. I found the Tangelo process easy and the rest of the team, Elliot, Mollie and Dave the delivery driver all contributed to make the process as good as it was and nothing was too much trouble for anyone including after sales and setting up the warranty. I would have no hesitation buying from them again. Thank you

I chose Tangelo because they had a particular used car in stock. The car was a one previous owner, low mileage, with all of the optional extras I was looking for. Tangelo also had a good 4.5 out of 5 star review rating on TrustPilot.
Tangelo were situated approximately 47 miles away from my home town, so I called to book a viewing and test drive. In fact I paid a £99 fee to hold the car for 7 days as it appeared to be just what I was looking for.
At the time of my visit, the Tangelo staff were operating from a temporary building at their vehicle storage compound. However, the compound was only a short distance from the showroom.
At the compound I met Alice. Alice was very polite, friendly young lady and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the car.
Following an unescorted test drive, I was convinced that this was the car for me. After coming to an agreement regarding replacement of the tyres, I then paid a deposit.
Just over a week later I returned to Tangelo to pick up the car. I had been given a lift to Exeter by a work colleague and despite arriving at Tangelo 5 minutes before their closing time, Alice was happy to wait for me to arrive, which was much appreciated.
With Alice’s assistance taxing the car online, I was ready to drive the car home.
The car was very well prepared inside and out, and even had 3/4 tank of fuel. Hard copies of the cars history and service documents were provided by Alice. Copies of the actual order and purchase invoice were sent to me via email.
Overall a very good service was provided by Tangelo and I am very pleased with the purchase. I would certainly recommend Tangelo to any potential buyer who is looking for a quality used vehicle.

First time buying a car on line and through Tangelo, whole experience gave me a lot of confidence. Reasonably priced compared to other sellers, and the fact that it is affiliated to a Mercedes dealer and their workshop serviced the vehicle gave further confidence. Had a walk round of the car via WhatsApp with all faults/issue pointed out and addressed where promised. Delivered on time and in good condition. Overall, very positive experience and would buy again without hesitation.

Good experience buying a car through Tangelo. I went to see it and Luke was very helpful. No high pressure sales pitch. Mollie and Maddie were good at responding to my questions by email. All in all a good experience.

A very pleasant experience. At first impression I assumed Tangelo was similar to online sales such as Cinch who I refused to buy from as cannot view a vehicle before handing over your money. After enquiring on a vehicle and having the process explained it’s just like buying from a normal car sales forecourt. Liaised throughout the process with Alice who was knowledgeable, professional and filled me with confidence to purchase the car. The new mot and vehicle safety check happened as you would expect from a quality dealer with my car having four new tyres and everything worked as it should (it was a top spec car so lots could go wrong). Test drive was a simple process organised by Eliott who again was friendly, professional and approachable. Purchase of vehicle took under 30 minutes and they sorted all paperwork. Would highly recommend Tangelo and will be looking here first to purchase another vehicle for my wife in the near future.

The staff are very courteous & very efficient We found Georgia Furbear, Mark Bramwell & Michael Graham to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable it was a pleasure to meet Michael and Georgia today. They also were on the ball when I rang them upon Monday with an issue regarding the brake fluid/ parcel shelf on my car and got it booked in to their garage to be seen today
Molly and the garage team were top notch in getting the issues resolved so quickly also the garage team are friendly and polite.

Saw the car advertised on website, telephoned and arranged to view in less than half an hour, on a Saturday afternoon! Upon arrival Dani was waiting for me with the car and let me take it on a quick test drive as I was a bit short for time. No pushy sales tactics were used, just a genuine friendly and knowledgeable chat. Because of this and the appearance / feel of the car I decided to buy it there and then. I noted a couple of things that I wanted to be carried out before collection incl. removal of a large aftermarket bonnet graphic and a few deep scratches on rear bumper which Dani agreed to have rectified. Collected the car today and it looked absolutely stunning, could easily have passed it off for a new one.

On collection day Michael finalised the paperwork with me and handed the vehicle over in a very pleasant and professional manner. I also met Georgia who had managed all the bits and pieces behind the scenes to make the process run smoothly.

The car buying experience with Tangelo has been faultless from start to finish, cannot recommend highly enough.

Just bought a nice Ford fiesta hybrid 21 plate from Tangelo and thought their service was first class .
No complaints whatsoever and staff and mark so helpful.

I reserved a car remotely via the Tangelo website at 4pm on a Tuesday and received a prompt call back from Tom Davies at Tangelo. He gave me some background about Tangelo, answered any questions I had about the car, took the details of my current vehicle for part exchange, and discussed delivery. He quickly called back with the part exchange valuation.

On Wednesday we sorted out the paperwork and payment, and Tom prepared a couple of informative videos to walk through the condition and details of the car.

By Thursday, I had a superbly prepared replacement car on my driveway and my old one driven away back to Exeter, with friendly service from Rob, the delivery driver.

Tom and Tangelo were great to deal with throughout: a pleasure to do business with.

Very Pleased with Tangelo, Fin was very helpful and kept me informed about everything. Bought a PHEV BMW in part exchange and had it delivered. The whole process only took 4 days, It was serviced and MOT'd before delivery. I would recommend Tangelo to anyone. This was a first for me buying online and I have owned over 30 cars but this was so simple.

An excellent service at Tangelo, especially from Luke who literally handled everything from the px of my vehicle to the taxing of my new vehicle. Very professional and highly recommendable.
