i want my money back what a rip off

I had the same negative experience with ordering the eyebrow gel in April 2023. The status said shipped, but it sat in MD for a month, no movement. No emails returned from the seller. Zero stars, do not recommend. I don't even think she's still in business, but is steady taking people's money.

My daughter ordered eyebrow gel for $60 on April 7, 2023. It is now May 22, 2023.

She still has not received her item or received a refund. The tracking information is stating the item is still in MD.

Ridiculous!

Wish I read the reviews before ordering. It’s been months since I place my order for the brow gel and still haven’t received. I have emailed the company several times with no response!

I Ordered eye brow gel and it took months to get the product only to find a small container which is nothing but aloe vera, drop of Vit E and water in a small container. This was such a rip off. I wasted over $50+ and lots of time following up on my order. AVOID SENDING THIS COMPANY MONEY FOR WORTHLESS PRODUCTS. DOESN'T WORK.

Tania and her company should be investigated. I placed an order on March 09, 2023 and pre-shipment information was sent to USPS and awaits item in Nottingham, MD. This the only info. I can get at this point in time. It is now April 19th and no change in status and no product. It has been set on this status since then. No phone number and only an email contact. I should have known when she said she was from Baltimore, MD on the show that it was a scam. There are enough complaints on this site to start a class action lawsuit and federally charge her company with mail fraud. Like the old saying goes, if it sounds to good to be true it probably is. I have lost respect for Mark Cuban also because he has to be complicit in this fraud. There is no way he doesn't know what is happening at this company. He has a lot of nerve when he spouts off about his integrity on Shark Tank. All I can say to Mark Cuban is watch out for your wallet when you "introduce her to your girls" boo hoo and all choked up because they will certainly get educated by Tania in the "art of the steal".

I like the brow gel. It actually worked as expected for a woman of a seasoned age. It took about six weeks to arrive but when I received it, I had difficulty in opening the product and emailed for support with no response. I did not care for the company's abilities to communicate. I want to see this young lady suceed for she can't be no more than 20 or 21 years old and on her way to a successful life, but she needs a good customer support team. Communication is key if this company want to flourish.

I ordered the eyebrow gel on September 14th. It is now December 12th and I still have not received my order! I have emailed, but never received a response! I called on December 1st and said I either needed to receive it in a week or to cancel my order. To date neither has happened! I wish I had read this prior to ordering. I agree with others, this seems to be a SCAM!

I ordered in July, has not received order yet. today is Nov. 3,. I did get first order after 3 months, and I liked the product, the face wash was good. can't really tell if eyebrow gel work. they never sent second order. will ask for money back and move on to another company. I wish her well!

I would leave a zero if that was an option. Unfortunately I did not see these reviews before ordering. I placed an order in July and received it a few days ago....the second week of October. I could not get a hold of anyone at the company or PayPal. I attempted to cancel and dispute order multiple times. I am concerned over this company being provided with financial information for the order. I can't even speak to the product yet because I have not had it long enough. If it works I will still not reorder. I will also be reporting to BBB.

Placed the order same night she appeared on Shark Tank, took quite a while to receive. Used it or over 2 months made no difference at all. Did not come with any instructions for use. Also on the show she said the eyebrow gel sold for one price but I was charged a higher price.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered the eyebrow gel the night she was on “Shark Tank” and that order cane within a week and the product worked really well. Reordered and gave NEVER gotten that second order. I then subscribed for a monthly shipping (thinking a subscriber would get priority treatment) and I did get one more container of the gel. HOWEVER that was in June! It is now October. I have been billed each month but zero products have arrived. I even emailed Mark Cuban and he responded but it was only to forward the email to Tania. We are filing a mail fraud case with the USPS and we recommend all people who have been ripped off do the same!

I have had the same terrible experience as everyone else. I ordered the product in May 2022, was immediately charged by PayPal and never received the product. I have sent at least 6 emails to the address provided with no response. It has now been so long that I cannot issue a complaint with PayPal. Terribly disappointing as I wanted to support this young girl’s business. I am very patient and has no problem waiting for the product, but the lack of communication is unacceptable. Not receiving the product with no recourse should be illegal!

I put an order in 7/22/22 it cleared on 7/23/22 I have sent emails trying to track etc my products that I ordered. I have now contacted my credit card to help. What a scam shame on her and Shark Tank! She is a terrible business person and all they are doing is taking your money!!! I would never order anything again that Shark Tank supports! Where is Mark Cuban on this????

I wanted to support Tania Speaks after seeing her on Shark Tank. I ordered her skincare kit and waited and waited and waited for it to arrive. I tried to contact her through Facebook, and finally had to resort to emailing Mark Cuban. That got the ball rolling and I got a response from Mark and a phone call from Tania’s mother. I agreed to wait patiently for my order to arrive. It didn’t so I disputed the charge with my credit card provider and had the charge reversed. Ended up getting my order several months later. As you might imagine, the products were awful. The “foaming” cleanser did not foam. It was like water. The eyebrow gel did absolutely nothing. Save your money! This is a bogus company with a bogus product.

I am disappointed in this young women business in that my wife ordered the product and that she was told that it was shipped and it arrived and it never did. We will be taking action for a refund. This is a scam.

I ordered Taniaspeaks product for $129.99. The payment was taking out of my bank account through Paypal on 7/2/2022. Today is 8/21/2022 and I still have not received my product. Paypal refuse to refund me my money and my order status is "Unfulfilled" when I went to the website. There is nowhere on the website allowing a request for refunds. It sends you to a bogus taniaspeaks Email address. I just want my refund. I thought seeing this on Shark Tank made it a reputable company but now I'm in doubt.

I ordered the eyebrow product on July 2nd and the order confirmation said they would let me know when to expect it. I had been weeks and I had not heard anything.
They do not have a phone number to call but on the order confirmation it tells you to send them an email. That’s great but What I keep getting is a link to track my shipping that shows it has not gone out and it’s been 45 days. That’s not acceptable.
She is quick to take your money but does not want to send you what you paid for or tell you when you will get your product. Zero customer service. Buyer beware!

Purchased Naked on the Go Skincare Kit with expedited shipping on 22 June 2022. I never received my product nor have I gotten a response to my two emails. Six and a half weeks later, my order is still showing as confirmed with no further movement. I am currently working with PayPal to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Your payment will be taken immediately but you will be left with the headache of disputing your charge since more than likely, you will never receive your order.

I think this must be a scam. I went to the website almost three weeks ago to order the eyebrow gel I’d heard about and was immediately bombarded with pop ups saying I had 15 minutes to take advantage of some special offer. After I put the eyebrow gel in my shopping cart for $49, I stupidly also added “rush processing” for $4.99. My PayPal account was charged more than $50, I received an email confirming my order, and that was it. I never heard another word. It never shipped. I called. I emailed. I went to PayPal and got another phone number and called again. I left voicemails. No one ever replied to my email messages and no one returned my phone calls. Yet I was charged more than $50.

Shark Tank is also a scam. I’m disgusted.

I disputed the charge on PayPal and got my money back. But, how many people did not get their money back? WHAT A SCAM.
