Tanzanitedirect Reviews

I’ve been thinking about buying tanzanite for a couple years, decided to finally pull the trigger and after two days of 5-6 hours of searching online I narrowed it down to 3 companies. Out of all three Tanzanite Direct was by far the quickest delivery, most enjoyable customer service and all around best deal for such rare high quality.

I had a wonderful experience with this company from beginning to end. The guidance I received from Linda in selecting my stones was thoughtful, professional and deeply appreciated. I purchased a deep blue trillion cut tanzanite ring as well as a pair of lighter violet-blue earrings with diamonds and both pieces are absolutely exquisite. The craftsmanship is exceptional and quality of gemstones is outstanding. The ring is stunning-the rich blue tanzanite framed by halo diamonds has luxurious and elegant presence. The earrings-their tanzanite reveal beautiful shifts of color depending on the light, moving through violet and blue tones with remarkable brilliance. Their color play and radiance are truly mesmerizing. These are not simply jewelry pieces but works of art. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for extraordinary gemstone jewelry, exceptional service and good price. A truly five star experience

Linda is fantastic and i adore my beautiful tanzanite! I will definitely be purchasing only through Linda at Tanzanite direct going forward. Quality and clarity is absolutely amazing!

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while which is particularly remiss of me given how I was reassured by all the other glowing reviews about Linda Kennedy and Tanzanite Direct. I'd been looking for some Tanzanite earrings for quite a while but hadn’t seen the right quality, colour, style, size and price until I came across Tanzanite Direct. I was very nervous buying online given this was going to be a significant purchase for me. I reached out with some queries and Linda was both quick and very helpful in her response. In summary after several emails and photographs (all very timely, detailed and helpful) I made my purchase. ‘Wow!’ Is all I can say. I am absolutely thrilled. Thank you Linda, my ‘baubles’ are absolutely stunning. I wouldn’t hesitate to come to you again.

Excellent experience with Tanzanite Direct and Linda Kennedy! She was knowledgeable, responsive, and made me feel confident about my purchase. The tanzanite stone is exactly as described-beautiful color and cut! I couldn't be happier. Thank you Linda for guiding me through this process!

I recently received a beautiful 3.5 carat tanzanite ring to give my wife for her birthday. Linda was amazing throughout the entire process. After several e-mails discussing the ring, she offered to completely reset the ring from yellow gold to white gold and my wife was thrilled with the results. The tanzanite quality is outstanding and looks at least as good as the website photos.

I'll be the first to admit that I was apprehensive about the purchase but it was clear from Linda's responses to questions that she genuinely wanted us to be satisfied. She succeeded in accomplishing that goal. We will definitely be return customers as I'm already getting hints about a Christmas gift.

Purchased a tanzanite pendant, stone was absolutely exceptional and larger than what I ordered (bonus). Linda communicates frequently throughout the entire process. You will not be disappointed and you will not find better quality, I had been looking for a while and would not have gotten a nicer piece for the price anywhere else. I will definitely be ordering again.

I have bought tanzanite from Linda for both my daughters over the years and they are all of exceptional quality. Linda is an outstanding person of high integrity that I have trusted over many years. She has my highest recommendation if you want to buy the best tanzanite available.

Im not sure how I found this company. It may have been through a recommendation on Reddit sub for tanzanite. But I’m glad I used this company. She handled all my concerns. I was probably more concerned than most. I got a custom ring made since I wanted a style with a round tanzanite that they did not have on the website. She sent me a quote with the rendering of the ring design after I had simply described what I wanted. The final design she made came out fantastic. The custom band and setting is perfect. The diamond surround is great and the tanzanite center stone is fabulous. Great experience. She got it to me with Fedex overnight shipping a week before my deadline. Super grateful. Linda is a rare gem herself.

Tanzanite Direct is truly a five star company with five star service.
I did extensive research before purchasing a tanzanite online. Like most people, I was apprehensive about making a large purchase online from a company I had never worked with. From my initial interaction, the communication from Linda was impressive: prompt, super friendly, knowledgeable. She made me confident in my decision to purchase from Tanzanite Direct. And their shipping was lightening fast!
Finally, when I opened the very cool box with my stone, I was blown away. It’s the most beautiful tanzanite I have seen.
Please shop with 100% confidence with this company!

Tanzanite Direct's customer service is unparalleled. Linda is a sweetheart and absolute delight. Shipping was super quick. It takes longer for me to get a package from one state away did it did from Hong Kong. My beautiful earrings were packed extremely well. There was no way anything would have happened to them. I hope to have the opportunity to patronize Tanzanite Direct again in the future.

I was nervous about ordering a ring online, so I sent an email asking some questions. Linda replied very promptly and answered everything I asked. She took time out of her day to send me extra pictures. Once I ordered, the ring arrived very quickly considering the location it shipped from. When I took my new ring to our local jeweler for an insurance appraisal, they said I made a great investment. The tanzanite is beautiful and I can tell that it’s the exact ring she sent me pictures of.

TanzaniteDirect.com and my direct contact (Linda) were absolutely fantastic. The quality of the piece purchased was all I dreamed of, and I'll certainly be ordering from here again.

One example, I ordered a custom made-to-order piece a few weeks before Christmas. Quite a busy time of the year naturally, but Linda did everything possible to get me the piece just-in-time and was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the process.

Great service, great people, and great products.

Tanzanite Direct is a first-class experience! The specific product description and enlarged photos
provided the detail I needed to feel confident purchasing jewelry online. Customer service couldn't have been better! As the earrings I selected were out of stock, Linda contacted me right away and gave me the option of a refund or a slight delay. I'm so glad I chose to wait as the earrings are even more beautiful than the picture!

Linda was great to deal with! She recommended an amazing piece.

There was a hiccup outside their control but the reason for insurance! When the shipping here in Aus delivered to the wrong address she was straight onto the shipping company along with me to ensure we were both seeking the help needed to locate the error, and it was resolved within hours thankfully and later that day, the piece arrived safely.

The actual piece is exactly what I envisioned in person and I am so grateful for her assistance throughout!

Linda was great to work with, she found me a lovely setting and was exactly what I was looking for.

I give the upmost paradise and happiness with this purchase!!! There was a slight hiccup with the first ring I picked out and Linda made an exceptional offer as an apology with a ring that even more astonishing!! The shipping was so quick, just a couple days. The packaging was perfect and actually exciting to open!!! I couldn’t be happier with everything and especially the quality and beauty of the ring I purchased. The certificate of authenticity is perfect as well!!!
Again,,,,, super happy and as I purchase more tanzanite…LINDA is my trusted person!!!! THANK YOU!!!

Linda is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She was very patient with me in my selection process and virtually held my hand throughout the entire transaction until the pendant was in the hands of my wife. I bought a beautiful pendant from her. She is the best!

My experience was great because I got exactly what I wanted. I was told the item would be delayed and it was but I was expecting a delay so no anxiety. I was fascinated reading a little about the tanzanite mine in Tanzania and it made the purchase more personal.
I am delighted with my new tanzanite earrings!

From the first Contact with Linda everything went as smooth as silk. Didn't mind sending multiple photos of other Tanzanite Stones that we could have set in a Pendant for my Wife's Birthday. I figured coming from Hong Kong rather than from the USA there would be all type Hoops to jump through but ended up being the smoothest Jewelry purchase I've ever made. I was concerned about Charge Card Info being kept on a system in Hong Kong, no big deal they never get the Card info, it is set up to be paid through PayPal from my Card. Ready to make a purchase to impress the Boss of the House get on their Web Page and just pick something out, & if you have any questions ask for Linda.
