You enter the referral link to their website, follow the tedious steps and, since they never ask you to include the referral code, they do not pay for the promotion. The trap is perfect: they announce that if you enter they will give you 2.5 pounds and, when you do and lose more than ten minutes: DNI, Selfie and receipt with your address, it turns out that you are active in your account, but the promised money no this. Then, kindly, when you ask them about cheating the chat, a certain Jon tells you that he can't do anything for you, that you should have entered the code in the process, which should have been well hidden or, perhaps, they never offered it . Company shame.

The application was great until the last update. I can't start it on my phone, only a black screen appears and turns off.:(

I have known about TAP Global payments gateway since July 2020 when I first traded their very own cryptocurrency called XTP.

Require too much information for KYC. WANTED TO KNOW MY BANKING INFORMATION AND PERSONAL DATA. Cant be trusted. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I have many centralised wallets and i also have a private wallet, i also have an account with the top exchanges, i joined them and they didnt require so much sensitive information. I provided you with all the necessary information. You requested a .pdf of my full bank statement. Your basically not happy unless you see my banking information. Since when is my account number, sort code and balance needed for proof of address. What you suggest is absolute garbage, your a small new poor crypto app, what gives you the right to ask for this information and deem it to be normal behaviour. Give your head a wobble 🤮🤮

Ive requested an account closure and i have emailed a complaint to the relevant authorities and regulators as you could have been seeking to use my information for mailicious purposes. KYC works both way 👀👀

Very impressed with the Tap app!

Functionality is excellent, fiat trading exchange rates are the best around. Having a physical card to load up Euros when travelling across Europe is perfect. Fees are virtually zero for the card and fees for trading crypto are some of the lowest around if you become a platinum member.

It’s also very easy to use, straightforward and simple, how it should be. Transferring to other tap users is free and quick.

Very impressed and believe as a project this has huge scope.

For trading crypto this is the best app when you become a titanium member, cheapest fees around and a very easy to use interface. Due to the regulated standards they have to follow I feel my money/crypto is safe, love everything about this rapidly growing company!
