I ran this years Grimsby 10k runner 633. It’s been 3 years since I last ran and I would have to say it still doesn’t disappoint. Before the race you are kept updated with regular emails and Facebook posts. There's a great atmosphere along the course and plenty of water stations the only this I missed was a station at the roundabout near Toll Bar with either water or the ever handy Jelly Baby. Bit other than that it was a fantastic day. The only other thing I would say maybe for next year is have long road closures between the parkway at the park along Weelsby Road as the side streets become gridlocked with cars wanting to move around.

I came back to do the grimsby 10k this year after completing it back in 2024.
It's such an easy process to sign up.
The day is very well organised and set up.
The route is very well planned and easy to follow.
There are so many volunteers along the track ready to provide water, medical assistance if required so you always feel safe along the way.
The medals are so so! Good its not some small lightweight thing. It's a very well presented medal.
And who doesn't love a cheeky doughnut at the end! Honestly well done to all who run, volunteer and set up the event. It's encouraged me to do more running and in probably crazy enough to even sign up for the cleethorpes 10k in September! Legs up people let's go running! Runner number 2019

Second year running the Tape2Tape GY10k and it’s always an exceptionally run event. From the stewards, to the water stations, everything runs like clockwork and everyone working is always amazing. It was wonderful finishing my race and getting my medal off a family friend, she was the pick me up I needed when I was exhausted. I don’t have a single negative. I’ll be signing up for next year and now I’m training for the Coastal. Massive well done all at T2T.

This is my second year running, it is a very fast course, I knocked 17 minutes off my last years time. Its a good flat (ish) route, very safe.
my only criticism would be the water, the cups just don't hold enough and you cannot run with them like the bottles, so when its gone its gone.

My first race, so I have nothing to compare it to, but as a newbie the whole process was simple, fun and easy to understand. The course itself was great - lovely & flat in Lincolnshire! Can’t thank the volunteers enough for the extra energy they brought. Will definitely be back!

The race was well organised. It was a good atmosphere and the doughnut and cup of water at the end was much appreciated.

I recently ran the ABP HUMBERCOASTAL 10K (racer number 1280) and I truley enjoyed it, not only was the set up clear and helpful but parking was very accessible to the staff line along with a line of toilets before the race begins. The Marshalls on the day were incredible, pushing me and giving me words of encouragement, however the ending was by far my favourite, on the right you had this stunning view of the beach and sea and the left you had the public cheering you on, was an incredible atmosphere + the medal was gorgeous

I had a brilliant morning running the 10K, its is always well organised event and well marshalled start to finish. The Daunts handout at the finish area just adds a good experience I had and a good weekend as I stayed over in a local B&B

Nice route, well manned. Fantastic medals- just wish the t-shirts were incorporated into the price to run rather than having to pay extra.
Also would be nice to have more warning about off road parts of the routes in future along with more stewards in places where pedestrians had ignored the signs about it being closed off for runners.

It was the second time I’ve ran cleethorpes coastal 10K with tape2tape and I enjoyed it just as much as last year. Thank you for such a great race. All marshals were amazing. See you again next year!

I took part in the ABP Humber Coastal 10k race on Sunday 21st September 2025. The event was very well organised and super fun. From the clear pre race instructions, to the after race doughnuts, everything was excellent. I loved the drum group positioned strategically to motivate runners just when we were getting tired at kilometre 7. It was nice that roads were closed for the event and local people came out to support. My only piece of constructive feedback would be to make runners’ names bigger on the race bibs because it would make it easier for supporters to cheer everyone on. Overall, a race I’d love to take part in again
