TapeandMedia.com is a small business located in Austin, TX. The company was founded in 2000 in Redding, Connecticut. We moved into a warehouse in Danbury, CT in 2003, then in 2005 we expanded and opened an office and warehouse in Austin, Texas. The Danbury warehouse is now closed but we still have staff in Connecticut. While our main office and warehouse are in Austin, Texas, we have arrangements with more than 10 regional warehouses located throughout the United States. Often, we will drop ship your order from one of the regional warehouses to expedite delivery. We do our best to make certain that you receive all the items you ordered as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that occasionally we may split your order into multiple packages from different warehouses. We can ship to virtually any address in the United States and its Territories. We also ship to APO/FPO addresses. Other than these, we do not ship outside of the United States.

Unfortunately, the recent price increase is out of our control. Epson manufactures these ink cartridges in China and the US has recently imposed a 20% tariff on importing products like this.

Wonderful and fast service...
TapeandMedia.com has always been very fast and responsive to our needs. We've been buying tapes from them for over a decade, and I won't use anyone else. The labels are accurate and the shipping is expedient (most recently they came in overnight!). They also made sure to note on the web site that LTO8 tapes are currently hard to get, an suggest an alternative for LTO7 M8-labeled tapes until the LTO8 lawsuit is cleared. Highly recommended.

Out of the product I ordered. I contacted the company for a refund. Communicated with Brian Wallace who agreed to the refund on 1/29/19 but as of yet have not seen a credit to my PayPal account. Postscript: Once alerted to the problem TapeandMedia went out of their way to correct the situation.
