I’ve had a Tapestri account for a year now. I have over $50 in the wallet on the app $38.78 waiting in CASHOUT. I know that amount has gone down and then back up a couple times but never received a payment. There’s no way to force a payout in the app and there are a couple email addresses to contact them but nothing is answered responded to.

Holding out hope that this is resolved immediately before some legal action is taken by some one. I’m sure the BBB and Consumer Protection agencies would be interested in seeing what they advertise but have failed to fulfill. Hope it’s concluded quickly.

Waste of time and privacy issues.
Ever since I downloaded this app, i have started receiving calls, sms and emails from all over the world.
I have had a balance of 32.15 since august and never got any if this money!!
Scammmm!!!!

Tapestri has been only going for just over a year...I have read lots of negative reviews regarding the App & payments..It's still a newborn people...Is there going to be bugs..Yes..!! Is there going to be problems..Yes..!! I have stuck with Tapestri & it's going from strength to strength..!! I can see Big things happening with Tapestri in 2023, This is just my opinion..Think it's going to be a Game Changer..!!

Hello, if any one is planning on getting the Tapestri App please don't. I got the app last year from a friend referral 9/21 their motto is "It's your data, you should get paid for it" well I've only gotten $12.92 deposited into my account since last September! I had $55 sitting in my Tapestri Wallet that I've earned with my data but was never able to deposit it in my account. What really made me delete my account was because on 11/21/22 I was scrolling through my bank statements on my app and saw that $19.95 was taken out of my account by Tapestri. Luckily my bank disputed the charge. That was the last straw! Tapestri App is a complete waste of time and a scam... P. S when you delete your account all the money you've been earing in your wallet goes away too. Very Unfortunate!

They definitely pay. They had some trouble paying affiliates on time in the past, but right now they are all caught up.

They are currently only 1 year old, so problems are to be expected. They continue to improve it and find more ways for us to earn.

I haven't had a problem with tapestri.... I just need to remember to open the app daily to earn more.

You need strip or opennode to cash out. I've had no problem cashing out and if you have any issues get hold of Chuck or Dani. They are very fast in assisting. Join the Facebook page too. This really helps.

Loving tapestri and the new update in the app...

This app is a complete waste of time and money. After waiting 18 months for it to arrive in the U.K. with location on all the time it won’t pick up anywhere. Only way to “earn “ anything is to do silly surveys paying 15 cents etc. utter rubbish, really don’t know why they bother. I cancelled my subscription and will now delete the app.

Tapestri io says I have cash out balance of $25.48. What was suppose to be a monthly payment my last payment received was May of 2022 in the amount of $6.58 cents. I sent direct complaint to Tapestri io no response . No telephone number to call during normal business hours. Next step complaint being filed with Pennsylvania Attorney General Bureau of Consumer Protection. This company is a disgrace !

Unable to cash out on the 20th as the app says. Also the balance slowly disappears.

I had a balance as of yesterday of $3.71. Woke up today and my balance is $0.16. Think it’s time to delete.

Idea was ok, app is crap, site is too, even for affiliates. Just like slicethepie.com is crap(this mainly for them holding onto your currency since they see paragraph reviews not in par with their expectations). It always had issues with gaining the $5 in app as it eventually restarted since its Stripe they had to partner with...Paypal never got around. Stripe is bs, fb has gone downhill too, because of them & strict monitoring bans of marketplace & groups.

Face it, the only reason for installing the app is to receive money. At the time of writing this review, I noted that 4 others have given it a favorable review. However, it does not look like any of them have cashed out and gotten money yet.

I am having a problem cashing out. I have the required $10 balance but am unable to enter my Stripe information as the keyboard does not pop up in order to enter it.

Additionally, I already have a Stripe account, and it looks like you can only create a new account; not use an existing one.

Lastly, there is NO WAY to contact support for Tapestri through the app. You have to go on your computer and go to the website, click on "FAQs" and ONLY there is a "contact" form that you can complete.

I have completed the form just a little while ago and did not receive a confirmation. I feel unsure as to whether they will respond.

However, if a resolution is found, I will come in to amend this review.

Tried to sign up to stripe but would didn't recognise my sort code mmm sounds a bit iffy to me when I put it in tried different ways plz help cause this app sounds really good. Ps sorry for the feed back I sent through the app just a bit cheesed of cause I really like the idea behind the app. Will give 5 stars if problem is sorted thanks 😊.

I'm currently a beta tester on Tapestri and an affiliate. It's too soon to give a complete review of the app itself, however, they are doing very well considering that they are a start-up doing something that's never been done before.

The app has some bugs, but their support team is handling them well and all issues are shared with the affiliates as they happen by one of the founders of the company. They are very approachable which is important to me. They don't hide from questions & they take into consideration suggestions from their affiliates within their private Facebook group. App updates are pushed out every few days and support tickets are answered fairly quickly considering how many downloads there have been in just over a week.

The concept of Tapestri is brilliant. Pay the consumer for their generated data and at the same time, educate the consumer on the data being collected, not just from Tapestri, but from other apps that aren't paying the consumer. Tapestri informational zoom meetings have taught me a lot about how my data is already being sold by other apps & how I'm not getting a penny from them. I always wondered why there were 20 different solitaire games with different skins... this is why. They all want to get their hands on our data.

Getting this knowledge alone is reason enough to give the company a good review. I think this is something that other apps are trying to hide and Tapestri is bringing it to light. I believe this one little company is going to change the playing field.
