It is an nice watch. Details are fine. Did not expert an extra 32 euro charges for taxes and customs,, my mistake. Also i would appreciatie some background. Now it is a watch but i would like to now what inspired you, where they were manufactured and how many of them exist. A bit of provenance ..

The watch has not delivered, and there is not any feedback

The quality of your goods is very good, but the service is awful, perhaps unlawful?
I'm still waiting for the two leather watch straps (1 x black, 1 x blue) ordered and paid for during summer 2024!
What more can I say ...

Ordered a watch 2 months ago, never received it. On the shop app it shows that it was never shipped. Tried my best to contact the seller, they never responded. I just lost my money. There are also many reviews with the exact same issue, that the seller takes the payment but never ships the product.

From order to delivery - nearly twomonths. Several emails ignored.

Originally I ordered my watch 3 months ago and after 2 months of no updates or email replies, I gave up, requesting a refund from my bank. 2 weeks later a generic customer service message arrived asking if I was enjoying my watch and to rate the service !! For some reason I ordered it again 3 weeks ago....and it arrived yesterday... bizarre !!! The watch is as expected, and glad I ordered it, no idea what's going on with Tapferkeit..... the general reviews are similar to my experience, poor communication and no watch....personally I wouldn't chance using them.....

10 weeks after my order and 10 weeks after they took my money, part of my order arrived in the post (2nd Class Signed-for Royal Mail).
There had been no replies from Tapferkeit to my repeated enquiries.
I suspect the watches arrive in the UK in batches from the far east and are then despatched from Essex by post. The whole process is agony - made worse by Tapferkeit's misleading generic communications ("your watch is on its way" - "your watch was delivered 19 days ago" And other lies.
A shame as the watch is a thing of beauty and a real bargain. Tapferkeit's watches are excellent - but as a
company they are a disgrace.

you did not supply watch ordered on 11 March or reply to emails 18,19 March and also via webform requesting delivery date. I subsequently instructed my bank to cancel payment. Worst 'service" I have ever received!!

Terrible experience! SCAMMED. I bought a watch and got an email saying that they deliver it. However, I NEVER GOT A TRACKING NUMBER. As time passed and didn't hear anything, I emailed them, and again. I NEVER GOT A REPLY. They don't offer any telephone number so I cannot do more than recommend other NOT TO BUY HERE!

Total disasters, never get the watch, need to contact PayPal to refund the money

Never received the watch I ordered, no reply either when I tried contacting them about it.

This time I did not receive my order? I am waiting more than 2 months and no their sales support is not reacting.

Bought a watch on 31/10/24 and never received.

I can’t even review the watch since I never got it. Its been 2 months with no update on the shipping whatsoever.

Paid for my watch in November last, but never received it, despite emails to customer support (which were not replied to). My conclusion is that this a severely dysfunctional company or it's a scam. Don't trust them with your money.

Never received my watch!

Dreadful customer service. Son has been trying to get a repair on a watch still within warranty. He's received one reply despite regular requests and reminders. But they still send him their promotional emails.

Never received my watches.
Tried several times to send them an email.
Immense disappointment.
I do not recommend Tapferkeit.
