The watch stopped working just after I got it. I have repeatedly emailed and even phoned but still no response. So over to you James and I look forward to hearing from you so I can then write a more positive review. Ian

Communication was quick, punctual and accurate from my order to delivery, and the watch I bought corresponded precisely to the features described in the website.

Awful customer service and broken watch.

I bought a watch from Tapferkeit over a year ago (April 7th 2023), that was faulty. The watch worked for a couple of week then stopped altogether.

I contacted the customer service who replied sporadically but did not offer any real assistance. After a couple of months I asked to use the warranty to get a replacement or refund.

Despite sending all evidence and receipts (and the watch being in perfect aesthetic condition - no scratches), I have received no information or anything from them.

Massively disappointing as the watch looks great. I would recommend avoiding buying from Tapferkeit.

Still waiting to hear from them.

Delivery took much longer than expected. I guess everyone is used to Amazon delivery speed

Wrong watch, wrong colour, wrong strap. No response from customer service when I emailed (twice), so we've just put up with it, as my husband says it's a nice product, even though the item received was cheaper than the one I paid for, and there's no guarantee if we returned it, if we would receive the correct item. The delivery took 4 weeks to arrive from ordering - I had given up on receiving it. The only contact I've received is to give a review so unfortunately this is my experience. Very mixed.

Do not engage with this seller. I purchased a watch late February/early March 2024. Still not received. Seller refuses to refund my purchase. Claims it's tied up with Customs and it's not their fault. Now will not respond. I figure I've lost my money. No phone number listed for the seller. A complete scam.

Excellent watch. Slight delay in receiving it and some initial communication issues - hence 4 rather than 5 stars, but overall a good experience.

The watch time setting knob fell out 5 months after casual use (10 times at most). Tried to contact the company for the warranty multiple times and they never responded. Will not be buying anything from them again.

I bought a watch there a couple of years ago and it was fine. Now it seems that the shop has been abandoned - I’ve made a new order a month ago and it hasn’t been shipped, the support doesn’t respond at all. Stay away.

Just what I wanted!! Purchased the Furchlos in blue and the Chrono in white. Keep good time and both get compliments!! Quick shipping, even through customs. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I purchased two watches, both of which malfunctioned within the warranty period. Despite my efforts to contact customer support with a claim, I have not received any response. It has now been six months without any acknowledgment or resolution from their side.

Since purchasing my watch and spare strap, I have written to you three times reporting a fault with the Milanese strap. I have also responded to this survey at least once before this one. However, I have yet to receive an acknowledgment of my problem let alone have it rectified. Awful customer service — just awful.

Bought the watch 9/2023. Worked great, looks great. 4 months later stopped working - did not hit it on anything, made sure the pin was in all the way, wound properly. I would recommend the watch if nothing ever happens to it during its warranty period. However, with any problems, no one will get back to you as I have sent 3 messages via email and through the website. Basically, you're on your own after you get your watch.

I ordered a new watch band over four months ago now and have yet to receive it. Any attempts at contacting the company for refunds have been met with no response. I loved the style of this company’s watches, but there’s absolutely no way I would continue to support them after this experience.

The price travel for the europe was litlle bit spyce but the watch is the best

The first time I went to wear the watch after delivery I found that the second hand was loose, no longer connected to the mechanism. The watch has never been worn. I have contacted Tapferkeit using their Contact Us page and direct emails several times since December and have not received any response.

It took a very long time for my order to be processed. Only after repeatedly emailing about this was the order shipped. The clasp of my previous Milano strap stopped closing within a few months of purchasing the watch, causing the watch to fall off my wrist. I'm curious whether the new strap will last longer. I have not yet seen any improvement in the closure of my new strap. The watch is beautiful by the way. That makes the problem so annoying because I think it could easily be solved with a smarter closure.

Ordered watches came too late (approx. 1 month after the order has been placed), needed to escalate several times. The package came finally with incorrect milano straps. Escalated 2 times to Tapferkeit.com but no reaction on my request to replace the straps. Definitely not recommend to make a purchase.

The watch is good, although the readability of the dial should be a little better compared to the very fine hands
