Estate agents take note

Solo viewings have always been a grey area for us from a duty of care perspective. We knew we should have something in place, but nothing we looked at felt proportionate for a small agency. TapOkie Work fits naturally into how viewings already work; the negotiator starts a session when they arrive and ends it when they leave. If they don't end it, I get notified. It took about twenty minutes to set up and cost less than I expected. Should have done this sooner honestly.

Peace of mind for solo travelling

I'm currently using the free version. I live alone and sometimes travel abroad. I do worry that if anything happened to me nobody would realise for a few days (and my pets would need taking care of). I have this set up so I can check in daily and if I don't it alerts a family member. It's really simple to use and I think I'll probably upgrade to the paid version so I can add more contacts.

Finally something for smaller teams

Every lone worker platform we looked at before this was clearly designed for large organisations with dedicated H&S teams and IT departments. The pricing assumed you had 50+ staff, the onboarding assumed you had weeks to spare, and the contracts assumed you knew exactly what you needed for the next two years. We have nine people. TapOkie Work was the only thing we found that seemed to actually be built for a team our size. Four months in and it’s exactly what we needed, nothing more, nothing less.

Sorted our CQC audit trail

Our manager was asked during our last inspection visit what system we had in place for lone workers doing home visits. Previously the honest answer was not much satisfactory

Now I can pull a report showing every check in and check out, timestamps,
any alerts that were triggered. It took about ten minutes to show her what
we had and she was satisfied. TapOkie Work gives you exactly what you need to demonstrate you’re taking this
seriously. Worth every penny.
