no product received, website down. chargeback started

I enquired about cost and how it all works etc, was getting immediate response to emails plenty of them sent. Until I placed an order costing £300 over a month ago, and now no delivery, no emails, no contact at all! Literally thieving scam artists!

Took the order. Over a week later still have not delivered my product and ignoring all phone calls and emails. This is not acceptable ignoring all forms of contact. Avoid this company!!

You send me wrong site for reviews. I want reviews for KW Real Experts and you send me for DANS WINDOWS AND GUTTERS. Check it plz and send me again the correct cards or refund me all the amount.

The cards came programmed with the wrong company

No cards received, many emails and requests for redirection went unanswered.requesting credit card refund if not resolved

ordered three got two dont work on android phones just iphones no business logo which was asked for poor communication ive emailed and no reply

Delivery was quick and easy, ordering was also a simple process. It is very handy with customers as so convenient

Good product increasing to many more google reviews. However, an improvement point would to include instructions where to place card on the phones - Apple is at the top of the phone, android is on the middle. Also NFC (contactless technology) isn't always on for android phones, so the customer will require it to be switched on..

I requested and did not receive an invoice, so have been unable to claim my money back from the company I work for. Leaving me £60 out of pocket.
The cards arrived promptly, but are asking how the hotel rooms are, when we are a pub

Our cards did not work with any android phones & would only work on some Apple phones. Returned cards, when eventually someone responded to my email as calls were not returned. Currently awaiting refund for the cards.

Makes it so easy to get reviews from customers now. They always say they’ll leave them and then don’t so this really helps

Excellent product. Arrived on time and works just as stated in the advertising. I would recommend for any business who would like to ramp up reviews.
