Crap customer service
The basin I ordered came 10mm narrower and 30mm higher than the dimensions specified on the website.Complained via the web chat and it stated I would receive a reply in 1 -2 days.Heard nothing over a week later.

Item OK - Delivery appalling.
The Item ordered appears to have changed size since the last one ordered but it uses the same part number.
Ordered an item for next day delivery and the delivery took 5 days. You should switch to a reliable courier company.
