Ordered brake pads through eBay, gave them the vehicle details and registration number (as requested) to confirm correct parts. Wrong parts delivered.
Reading the Google reviews there are many customers who have had the same problem, at least two of them complained bad reviews left on eBay had been "removed" and left the company with a near 100% positive feedback rate.
This company trades as "allcars-online" on eBay.
A To Z Auto Parts, Emily St., Birmingham.
The company name Tapy does not appear anywhere on eBay, it's only when I clicked on the website icon in Google maps that took me to that site.
Just called them (Sat 9am) their eBay department is not open at the weekend - call back on Monday. Not helpful at all.
Update Mon 13 Nov:
Just called again (they hadn't responded to my eBay message with photos of the wrong parts - I had to call them). They have refused point blank to send me the correct parts and will only refund my money when the incorrect parts have been picked up and returned to them.
