Terrible service! Haven’t received order of over £300 worth of stuff I ordered nearly weeks ago! Supposedly dispatched 2 weeks ago but still nothing. Ive had zero response from multiple emails to customer service, and their phone line is just closed now. I have no idea what hats going on. Absolutely terrible!

I’m not sure if anyone else if having issues with the camera dropping out from time to time. Apart from this I am really enjoying the camera and the set up is easy and quick to install really great product.

I purchased the device and entered the free 3-month code into the web browser app. The code was shown as accepted, so I closed the browser. Unfortunately, I discarded all the packaging, including the piece of cardboard where the code was printed. A few days later, when I tried to use the service, I noticed that my account was not upgraded to "Unlimited." I contacted customer service and spoke to Yorick and Quirine, but they refused to assist me. They claimed that, without the code, they couldn't verify if it had been redeemed. However, they also confirmed there was no active subscription on my account, even though the device was purchased directly through Target’s website. I am extremely frustrated because it feels like an issue with the system, yet I was made to feel like I was trying to scam them for a free trial. To make matters worse, I recently purchased the Omni, which also included a 3-month subscription, and that code worked perfectly. This experience with customer service has completely tarnished my opinion of Target, which is disappointing since I previously had positive experiences with the brand.

A great bit of kit although sometimes It cuts out a bit but I think it's due to bad internet so having to reconnect the cameras now and then on the app

Where to start, the virt camera quality is brilliant in my opinion but it is let down by the fact they don’t give you a plug and a type c cable no long enough to reach the 2.1metre height. Is disconnects repeatedly due to lack of power to the camera which I have been told by voice note from target/dart counter, the customer service is frankly worse than getting hold of wish and like the Omni I’ve had a open ticket since launch but there to busy fobbing me off rather than helping me dealing with the issue which to be honest is a massive shame because target as a whole is pretty good there customer service team however need replacing for people who know there systems software and knowledge so maybe a issue can actually be dealt with!

I’m not overwhelmed with the picture quality of the cameras and find the whole product to be overpriced for what you are getting. A plastic arm, screw and wall plug, bit of wiring and a camera. You get yourself all set up for the DartCounter app but there is always little issues with the camera when you play online, which results in rebooting the device. More things go wrong than right. You could purchase a decent webcam for a 10th of the price and still do what the virt can do.

Looks great, completes my target setup (Omni/virt). Picture quality good, easy to set up, and 'just works', no having to put cameras on tripods. Yes, for what it is, it's overly expensive, should be no more than £150 in my opinion

Delighted with my Virt. It saves the hassle of setting a tripod up and having to remove it afterwards. This is a no brainer.

It is expensive compared to just using your phone/tablet. I love it as the quality of picture is great, its nice and tidy sitting over the top of the board, no cables showing or tripods needed, can't really notice it at all. Love it.

Had the target virt a little over a month now, At first thought it was expensive but if you play online darts regularly it's worth it. Will pair nicely with the Omni when that comes out.
