I believe December is a fantastic month for me since I always end it on a happy note and with a plan for how to shape my next year. I took the PSM2 course with Target Agility in December 2022, and now it's Value Stream Mapping in December 2023.
Anand's attitude to creating an environment favorable to learning and growth is constant. Because of his ability to clarify complex concepts, it gave a thorough understanding of how to evaluate, visualize, and optimize process flow inside an organization.

Anand is very knowledgeable and engaging in his trainings. He has great command on the subject and explains things in simple ways.

Today we completed another Practitioner Course on Value Stream Mapping by Anand Pandey Sir organized by Target Agility. Thanks for the awsume course. It's a great value addition to my learnings and I have already started mapping these learnings with with my work in my organization like the same way I did after Learning OKR from Anand Sir. Response from my org was phenomenal.
The template, the learnings of breaking down things and then understanding a value stream and how it can be a powerful tool to reduce waste and make an organisation faster in term of delivery is just mind-blowing.
