Absolutely useless
Frustrating customer service. I received the card in fairly good time but then have not ever been able to access the Area YOU, which makes the card unusable. This is apparently a problem for various others which they mentioned they were trying to sort. Customer service has now just stopped communicating entirely. I have been requesting closure of my account for over a month, but nada. It's a pity as on paper, this seems like it could be a great card.

I am happy with the speed of issuing…
I am happy with the speed of issuing the card and the communication with the entity. So far I have had no problems. Well, they actually just released it and I used its first use.

Poor business strategy. Requests rejected in spite of clear documentation.
I have the German version of this card and it was very easy to request. It is a pain in Spain division. They don't have expansion ideas. They reject the requests without valid reasons, even if an EU person requests a card. Better look for other options.

The security leaves much to be desired
The security leaves much to be desired. the credit card did not reach me, someone intercepted it on the way and made purchases with it. When I call to request information they ask me for all kinds of information to verify my identity, however they sent the credit card by ordinary mail and activated. I never received an activated card, except this one. All the cards that I receive must be activated by verifying that I am the owner.
