I have never been so terrified and insulted by a service company in my life. If you are looking for handyman services, TV mounting, or gazebo installation in the Dallas area, STAY FAR AWAY from this company.
My experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish:
Hidden Fees & Extortion: The technician arrived and immediately demanded payment just for showing up—a "service fee" that was never disclosed when I booked. He refused to lift a finger until I paid this hidden charge.
Threats in My Own Home: When I politely refused to pay for undisclosed fees, the technician became aggressive. He literally threatened me inside my own house, right in front of my terrified children. I did not feel safe.
Abusive Support: I called their customer support thinking they would help, but it somehow got worse. The support agent started screaming at me, cursing at me in a foreign language, and threatened that I had to pay the charge even though no work was done.
This is not a legitimate business; it feels like a scam run by dangerous people. Do not risk your safety or your wallet. There are plenty of reputable handymen in Dallas—this is not one of them.
