Was very easy to use but the tasker Ferenc really made the difference. He was friendly, professional and very tidy. I would most definitely use this service again. Especially Ferenc, I highly recommend.

Very poor Customer Service interaction
Very poor Customer Service interaction. The Tasker damaged my belongings and the Resolution Team is not answering to the complaint I made. A lot of time wasted with messages on the Message Support section but I ended up paying the full amount despite the damaged caused.

Link to Reply didn’t work
The person who came to build my furniture was brilliant, but the Taskrabbit app was dreadful. Every time apart from once it told me there was a message from him, the link to reply didn’t work and went straight to an error 404 page. This made communication very difficult.

You are impossible to contact
You are impossible to contact, and send emails to which you can’t reply to, your business is a nightmare, I feel sorry for the workmen on your books. If I were them I’d sign up with My Construction or similar!
You have no regard for your customers at all!

The task rabbit are a dodgy company
The tasker was brilliant, Belal did everything well and cleanly. Task rabbit though charged me £8.10 for “Trust and Support”. What was that you ask, what did Task Rabbit do for nearly 20% of the charge? NOTHING - they did not even tell me before hand that they would charge £8.10 for doing nothing. A total surprise and I think a bit dodgy! I wont use task rabbit again I will go to MyBuilder instead.

Terrible experience with Taskrabbit and…
Terrible experience with Taskrabbit and Wayfair. I had 4 appointments arranged (the first appointment was on 1st May, then 2nd May, then 3rd May, then 7th May). I waited in the house on 4 different days and nobody turned up to assemble my furniture. I will not bother in the future with either company and I have found another site who kept to the agreed appointment
Taskrabbit and Wayfair need to have a better communication channel between them!
