Yaroslav was great at his job - he worked efficiently and created and fixed our bookcases to the wall brilliantly. He was polite, tidy, flexible with requests and made helpful suggestions.

It was easy to book IKEA assembly when I ordered. The tasker was great - turned up on time, did a brilliant job.
It wasn't clear when I got confirmation from Taskrabbit if I needed to contact the tasker to check he had my details. It just says 'You can now contact XX'. There is only an option to phone.
It might be useful to be able to send a message - either through Taskrabbit or WhatsApp. And for the messaging to be clearer about what I needed to do (which turned out to be nothing).

Awful customer service.
The tasker himself was great, however Ikea delivered the wrong parts so he wasn’t able to complete the full task. I have raised this with Ikea who claimed that as we booked task rabbit separately, it’s down to them to sort. I would expect a refund for the parts that couldn’t be fitted as I then had to fit them myself once Ikea had sent replacements. I have requested to be contacted via task rabbit website and heard nothing! There isn’t even a number for any customer service, just an online robot who knows nothing! I need to speak to a human to sort this and I am disgusted in the level of customer service (outside of the task). Please get in contact.

Furniture has been damaged in assembly
Furniture has been damaged in assembly, tasker left without telling us. I have contacted Taskrabbit and reported a claim, 5 days later still no reply. Paid £117 for the service I’m now left with a wardrobe that I paid £490 + £117 that’s damaged. Would not recommend using, paid a trusted fee and had no help what’s so ever. Disgusting customer service
