They do not have a system in place for their Taskers to issue invoices. When you contact TaskRabbit regarding invoices, they simply close the ticket saying “The ticket has been closed since we're still waiting for the response from the Tasker. Once we receive the invoice, we'll contact you”. If the Tasker doesn’t reply, they simply ghost you with the task already closed in their system.

Cool stuff, but the app doesnt back you. You book someone, he/she confirms to to come but after 4-5 hours they can cancel without any reason.

I got an issue with my task, I tried to contact the Tasktabbit team via live chat, via email, and via phone. Spend a couple of hours on this today, my issue is still not solve, we took a day off for tomorrow and now we have no clarity if someone is coming or not tomorrow and if we get to pay the cancelation fee or not.

I had an electrician to come here and I paid 100 euros for him to fix my electric cables, he ended up damaging the whole building electricity and I had to pay 300 euros to fix it, and they want to report him as he has no qualification and its completely illegal to work like that. Nobody answers me at task rabbit, instead, apparently they reached the guy that now is calling me nonstop and I am afraid because he has my adress and phone number. It is unnacceptable this treatment and lack of respect and diligence with customer. I hope they find a solution for this.

The tasker charged me for 2 hours although it took 5 minutes. I think it is a fault in the system to let taskers charge for 2 hours if it is a 5 min job. The minium 2 hours option should be removed from the system. This is robbery.

I booked the service on the IKEA website at the beginning of this month.
IKEA site showed a price, and later the first tasker sent me a message with triple the value. I contacted taskrabbit customer service and arrived at another value and another tasker. Today the tasker came and told me I should add an amount on top of the price.
I tried to contact taskrabbit and asked him to do the same. No agreement...
I do not blame the tasker, but the system between taskrabbit and Ikea.

Resume, Booked in advance, tried to solve the issue before the appointment time, and I ended up discussing twice the same problem, with furniture lying on the floor not assembled...

Taskrabbit allows Taskers to cancel a booking at will. I had a tasker cancel a booking 1 hour before the appointment, which caused me A LOT of troubles.
Review your booking rules, otherwise your service is not just useless but also harmful.

Process to book a time doesnt work. We have spent 10 minutes constantly going back and forth of confirming on the bank app and picking a new time...
Idk who designs the website, but considering that its only function is to book things, its a very badly done job.

I hired someone to assemble a cabinet that was tricky to do. Very fast and effective service!

Do not recommend for B2B if you need an invoice for your accounting.

The idea is great, and very much needed. However, I think that the pricing should only be finalized based on the customer experience and the tasks completed. In my case, I already knew the problems related to assigned tasks, but the person visited at 19:00 (stores close at 20:00) and didn't request the replacement either on the spot or in advance. Which means I only got to know about the already known problems and paid approx. 89 EUR for partial solutions (Some of the tasks were completed).
