not easy to get master to home
i got to know about the taskrabbit.es after an order at ikea. MAster to assemble furniture was sent from the taskrabbit.es. Master delayed his visit, but assembled everything. In the same time I struggled to use it, as it is not user friendly. I also had to install the app and learn to read in spanish. In spite of all feeling from the 1st experience , I have tries to invite master to install lamps. taskrabbit.es charged money every time I have selected master, but with 3 days no master appeared. I have wrote to help center and no answer. So I just lost time. "Dedicated support" replied just after I left this review, but I found master by that time on my own

I had a fixed price and was charged almost double that amount
The tasker did a great job, but the price I was charged from Taskrabbit is incorrect. I booked an assembly (IKEA) with a fixed price, but when the tasker was assigned it suddenly changed from 30€ to 59€. I have notified the support about this and I got information the 10th of December that it was some technical issue and that it will be corrected. However, nothing has happened. I tried to contact support again with the same email address, but then I get a message that it is not active.
