Leah did not provide us with any pictures of her damaged boxes and did not try to resolve the situation. There is no need to yell at our customer service staff. We always try to provide excellent customer service but it gets difficult when the customer is only yelling.

I’m a first time mom
I’m a first time mom, and my baby has tried several types of formula with no luck. Most have caused him constipation or he hasn’t enjoyed the taste.
I purchased Holle from Tasteganics, after some research, and not only did he love it, but there was hardly a wait to receive it. It was delivered very promptly in a well-packaged box and with mixing instructions.
I have, since, purchased more boxes of Holle from Tasteganics and will continue to, in the future.

I’ve checked on your order. You placed it on Sunday night and selected free shipping. Even with our free shipping option we try our best to get it to you as soon as possible! We shipped out first thing Monday morning 2 days later (Wednesday) it is delivered to you.
Our shipping policy states free shipping takes anywhere from 3-5 business days.

I have been ordering from here for 2 months
I have been ordering from here for a few months but now my newborn had to change formulas as per doctor. I placed an order and the next day I emailed to canceled after dr’s visit and they said they can’t cancel because the order was sent out. I didn’t receive the order but they said they can’t refund because it was shipped. It’s unfair even though I still didn’t receive the order and it was over $300 order.

We sincerely thank you for being a customer. Unfortunately, we can only cancel those orders that have not left our facilities yet. Once shipped we no longer have the opportunity to cancel. Since we ship out same or next day it leaves a small window for you to cancel the order but ensures it arrives as fast as possible.
When it comes to returns we would never resell any baby formula if it was to be returned to us because we would not feel comfortable reselling returned formula to other parents, we take strict precautions in securely storing our inventory. If a box is returned to us we have no way to detect any tampering, so for the safety of the babies who depend on us, we do not accept returns.
Why?!
While the people who respond are nice. They don't understand what you write no matter how many times you reword it. This site also does not have any indication they are running low on their products/are out of formula.
I would like to continue to do business with this company but just can not understand how communication could be so misunderstood?
Product itself is good. Boxes a little banged up but doesn't effect the formula inside. Holle is a great formula. Just wish my request of the promised 5% off was refunded and not the $78 for the 3 boxes they did not deliver. Now I have to figure out a different place to purchase... again!
