I was amazed at the level of time and attention were provided to me by the staff at TT. Everyone was incredibly competent in delivering assistance regarding the platform and making a trade. Very patient with a novice and new customer.

They say trade small and trade often, its because they want to make ton of money on commissions. They kill you on commissions. Also, they got the worse executions ever. You almost never get price improvements. I get much better fills on Fidelity.

I just opened an account around 10 days ago. The initial registration process was easy and fast, still the final approval took a little bit longer than promised on the marketing and it was completed after 1 email from me to support. Nothing serious. The main issue is with the time taking with the ID confirmation with the stable coin deposits. The information on the platform, after completing the submission of the documents, says 1 business day for review and approval. Well, 3 emails later (2 to support and 1 to feedback), nothing yet. This waiting has taking like a week (business days). I hope this get sorted soon, meanwhile I will continue to get familiar with the videos and the platform. Still keen to trade on this platform, it looks very professional. Regards, Carlo (Chile).

Hi, an update with my account with Tastytrade.
1. I keep receiving emails that my account application is still incomplete, although it has been completed. I am worry that I will locked from my funds and account. I have emailed support about the issue.
2. After the purchase of BTC and credited on my account, when I tried to transfer my btc out from Tastytrade to an external account already approved, I keep receiving a message that the amount is not available from withdrawal. This issue started yesterday. I have emailed support about it.
3. You cannot buy stable coins on Tastytrade to complete withdrawals to an approved external account (what is the point to do the approval account?). The system allows deposits and conversion to USD at once, weird. I emailed support about it.
4. Yesterday I have sent into Tastytrade aroun USD198 in USDC, converted be zero hash (I think is the company), but it took around 16hours, give or take, to be credited, an d after contacting support.
I will update this review when I receive a reply, explanation and solution. At the moment I would not recommend Tastytrade if you are outside US.

I had time sensitive issues in my IRA account. Using CHAT, I got a very quick access to a human (Stephen) and he was able to quickly guide me on how to correct my account issue. He provided information in an understandable manner and the issue was completely resolved in minutes. Especially impressive at this holiday season nearing the end of the year.

The customer Support is really nice, also it gives the lowest fees for US options contract from Switzerland. Better than IBKR sometimes, though they lack a custom dashboard creation. Wish they upgrade to a fully custom dashboard enabled trading platform soon.

Tastytrade does not execute your trades. I opened the account a couple of months ago. Today started trading options. Try to close only one small contract. It took 5 minutes. Tiny trade. Only $20 contract. Excellent OI, Vol, and spread.
Then tried to open a very good trade. 100 contracts LP. OI 12K, Vol 150K, bid/ask spread only 1 to 2 cents. Wait for 8 minutes and did not execute. lost an opportunity to profit 50%. Start going way back then, I need to cancel it.
Contact Customer Care, and they said nobody wants to fulfill my LP. He tried to show me that it was my fault. Asked for Vol, Spread, trying to suggest I didn't do my homework. With that liquidity? Anyway, on IBKR, my main platform, this never happened. Tasty charges less fees, but if trades cannot be opened or closed there, how can a trader make money with them? Very disappointed with the platform and how customer care agent handle my complaint.

Maybe you could add premarket trading for some assets in the future - that would be great. That was only reason why i was thinking to go for IBKR, but it is not as user friendly as your platform.

I never write reviews but I had such a bad experience I made an account for this. I have been using the company for 5 years and have always had a great experience until last week.
The customer service rep Jo was cold and apathetic, did not address the issue or offer any solutions, and stopped replying before anything was done to resolve it. Seems like they’ve gone down hill and no longer care as much about their customers as they used to.

Great executions, FRIENDLY STAFF every time I called them! I also love how the trading solution is all under one happy URL (website link) - from trading live to watching their awesome TV to managing the account(s), deposits, withdrawals, tax docs and all the rest.
Tasty staff - if you can see this review, the only comment I have for you is that I think you should make your theme more vibrant (looks too dimmed to me at the moment). Add some contrast and some love and you are golden! (Tradestation has it right but I like you better overall!)

By far the best interface. The helpdesk is always sharp and quick. The quality of education and content is top tier. I am sure there are probably some cheaper fees out there but they provide a lot of quality stuff and service does matter.

tried the service briefly and noticed that they hide their international wire transfer fee ($45 per transfer) quite effectively. After realizing this, I switched to IBRK.
Before doing so, I submitted a GDPR request to have my data deleted. I understand that they must retain some data for legal purposes, but Brad, my customer support agent, did not seem to understand this. Despite explicitly requesting that all data not legally required to be retained be deleted—numerous times—I received no resolution. As a result, I had no choice but to file a complaint with my national DPA office.

I was stuck when trying to figure out why something happened.. I contacted Help support for the first time and was chatting with a human in less than 2 mins.
