I’ve been really impressed with Tatami from start to finish. The quality of their products is outstanding, especially for the price. Everything feels well made, durable, and designed by people who genuinely understand Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

The Kids Mini Grapplers Gi has been a huge hit with my son. The quality is excellent, but more importantly, it’s made training fun again for him. He absolutely loves the shark design, and it’s given him a real confidence boost. Seeing him excited to put his gi on and head to class has been priceless.

The customer experience has been just as good. The website is easy to navigate, ordering was straightforward, and everything arrived quickly with no issues, Tatami is very much our go to now.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that combines excellent products with great service and an easy buying experience. I’ll definitely be buying from Tatami again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality BJJ gear.

I have ordered the same model of shorts size L.

Weirdly enough one of them was larger than the other.

I have reached out to Tatami and within 2 hours they have acknowledged the error and offered a refund. I have also gotten to keep the “faulty” pair free of charge

We ordered a dashboard, it arrived promptly but with a defect in the material.
After we provided proof, the item was replaced quickly with no issue.

I wear Tatami brand since my white belt, incredible Gi / no Gi quality. Quality gis are not expensive and the client service experience is just awsome !

I made a mistake with my order and emailed them, asking if I could correct it. Dan got back to me within an hour, on a Sunday, and kindly amended my order. Brilliant service!

I did order a size up but it was incorrect, however Customer Service (by email) were a great help. Have passed website link to a friend whose son will be ordering one soon. They have offers on regularly.

Ordered six items, received six in the mail, except that what was supposed to be a pair of joggers was actually a sweater. Support fixed my issue extremely quickly and Karen was helpful in getting my new joggers processed immediately. Excited to buy from Tatami again!

Fast shipping, amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. I ordered a new gi, and once payment was received I realised that I had ordered the wrong colour. I contacted customer service to explain what had happened, and an hour later they had responded as well as updated the order to the correct one. Compared to many other businesses I have dealt with in the past, Tatami are easily contactable and are prompt to resolve any issues.

Fast shipping, impeccable customer service, and clothes that are amazing as always ❤
