I was really excited to get the Ash Black in the mail but was disappointed because it wasn’t the right shade for me. It looked like I tried to use a sharpie on my thinned brows. Fortunately because TatBrow is so awesome and stands by their products, they sent me a replacement for free! I ordered Brown and it’s absolutely perfect! I am so pleased and so appreciative that TatBrow wanted me to be satisfied with their product and indeed I am! Thank you so much, TatBrow! I will definitely recommend TatBrow to everyone I know who’s in search of a great eyebrow pen!

These don’t work! Due to the thin tips, these dry out after the first use or so. I complained to the company and they sent more, but they were the same as the first batch. I threw mine away.

The company has been great to work with and the product lives up to its expectations!

I love using tatbrow! I lost my eyebrows to cancer from chemo and when I use tatbrow, I look like I have eyebrows again!!

Opened up pen, went to put it on and it just poured from the tip. This company is having me send it back on my dime. Not right. Lost a pair of good shorts over this.

Totally love TatBrow!! I have NO eyebrows because I have alopecia universalis . TatBrow allows me to look like I have them!!! Easy to apply and so important to me... they stay on until I take them off!!! TatBrow has helped me feel confident!!! ❤️

I am truly impressed with this new pencil ,if I may call it an eyebrow pencil. It's something that's totally different. I had nothing to work before, spending a lot money on products that didn't work Now we are working with a revolution a dream ! That's called i have eyebrows . !Thank you TATBROW .

I reached out to customer service over a color issue. They responded with curtesy and professionalism. I received a replacement quickly and I love it. The product is easy to apply and looks fabulous.

I have waited for a brow pencil product for a long time. Finally this company has made a brow pencil that will last all day and easy to use to make perfect looking eyebrows. I absolutely love this product.

Ordered auburn but color when used is very dark brown. It is more like a thick magic marker... does not "define" your brows, just makes them thick and goopy. Total waste of money!

Love how tatbrow make my eyebrows look. I wasn’t sure about it but I was like let me just order it. Now that I have it I love it so much. I’ve been saving more money.

The pen I received did not apply smoothly. I have emailed "customer service" several times and left voicemails (only phone option). I have not heard from company for weeks.
I have requested a refund -- but still have heard nothing. I feel ripped off by their LOUSY customer service.

TatBrow works and will have your eyebrows looking very natural. I will definitely use this product as my go to.

I’ve used quite a few brow products over the last two decades. I have zero brow hair due to my thyroid. Tatbrow is by far the easiest to apply and looks the most natural which is difficult since I truly have little to no hair and what I do have is grey. You do have to be careful when applying lotions/creams in the area to keep it as waterproof as possible. If you get carried away, you can easily “contour” with a Qtip before it dries fully. Probably a learning curve if you’ve never used brow enhancers but don’t give up! Thanks Tatbrow! ♥️

I could never shape or color my eyebrows until I purchased Tat brow. This product is amazing. My eyebrows now look like I had it done professional. I used once and immediately purchased more. ❤❤❤ I highly recommend it.

I had to practice with it to make sure I held the pen at certain angles to get the desired look I wanted, adjust the pressure with it to get the strokes, but it was an interesting and rewarding experience. So different from how I would usually go with a regular pencil. It gave me assurance with the results that I'm stunning without the pencil pressure. Really enjoy it.

Tat Brow is awesome and when there was a mistake on my order which I do think was on my end they still sent me the correct color I wanted when I emailed to tell them and sent it to me for free. They truly want their customers happy

This product is great. I am 75 years old with fading brows and this has been a live saver. I now don't look like an old grandma; but just a young grandma. Thank you Tatbrow!!!!!

I absolutely love this product. My face is very oily and almost every makeup I try runs down my face within hours. I look like a clown. I tried tatbrow and was amazed at how it stayed on no matter what. Sweat, oil, it stayed on even when I touched my face. It’s easy to use and looks natural. Cleans of easy with a makeup wipe. I will be buying more!
