Hotelspro (otel dot com) now renamed under hprotravel dot com. Funny part the same employees, the same system but under different name. Hotelspro.com (otels dot com) kind of "sold" business but it is lie, as I contacted the same employee which was working at Hotelspro. They are thinking that stealing money is easy and they can "start" the same business under different name

Now hotelspro renamed to hpro travel, please be careful, its same people to rip off more money from travellers.

If I could give a zero I would have done , kept me hanging for a refund knowing full well that after 120 days of my original trip my claim back on my credit card was null and void, try and use a claim via your credit card company under Section 75 , that will be kicked out as although you pay MetGlobal your contract sits weirdly with the hotel or resort you have booked. A well oiled scam and right now awaiting a final response from the bank before I open up how I feel about them . From reading other reviews their new company is Hotelspro , so avoid at all costs and if you want to get angry just look at the smug face you can google of their CEO

They stolen money from us and response from them,i send many emails to sander,and Metin Altun he is CEO of the company but he close his account in tweeter and main company site..just disappeared !!! They are professional scammers...be careful they open new company name .hotelspro.comwith same meat global scams way and tools........

There’s a site on FB called Scammed by Otel.com ,part of Metglobal .. once you see the result I won’t need to write a lengthy reason why you shouldn’t use them

To what it may concern,

I would like to point out that, throughout Trivago's website, for my bad luck, I came across the website Otel.com managed by the turkish company Metglobal Ltd.
Through Otel.com I have been defrauded by such company because I had booked a 7-day vacation at Sikania Resort Marina di Butera ( Sicilia – Italy ) between the end of July and the beginning of August 2020, which was cancelled and paid in advance a sum equal to EUR 1,216.79.
Without any reason and explanation, such people (Otel.com and, on their behalf, Metglobal Ltd.) after having cashed the amount I already had paid by credit card, they cancelled my reservation at Sikania Resort two months before my scheduled vacation. I realized what happened only after I asked the Resort some information about the services and I was told that my reservation was cancelled.
For such reasons, I tried to contact Otel.com and Metglobal by email and by phone, but I never received an answer. I opened everal tickets of complaints throughout their customer service and I also sent formal letters to the headquarters without receiving any feedback.

I discovered that all the related companies to Otel.com have their headquarters in Turkey.

What I would like to report is to stay away from all MetGlobal Group companies ( Otel.com, Tail.com, HotelsPro and Paytrek ) as they receive input from their management/CEO to scam and defraud clients and steal their money. I also advise not to use their services and not to buy the vacation packages they sponsor since they collect money from their customers but they do not finalize the process of reservation with the booked hotels/resorts ecc., leaving customers with nothing and in trouble.

Tatil.com is extremely frivolous, devious, and you should definitely stay away from them !!!
You get rid of 1 million problems !!!
Attention!!!

I was dealing with someone called Serdar in OTEL. I Had a non refundable booking, I asked Serdar to see if the supplier could change my date until early next year to keep my options open incase the flights are cancelled. Serdar insisted I give him the new dates as the supplier can not check without dates. So I had to invent new holiday dates to just let them check. Weeks later after some more non reply emails I emailed my complaints and said I will need to contact my bank and start a chargeback. Serdar immediately replied telling me telling me that the dates are unavailable at the hotel but I will get a voucher for the amount plus 10 percent. I immediately replied telling Serdar I didnt want a voucher that I would prefer a refund if possible but not to cancel the booking. Heard nothing in the next 5 or 10 min so again asked Serdar not to cancel the booking. Heard nothing again so sent yet another email not canel the booking and also that I would prefer a refund. A few minuites later Serdar from OTEL emails me back to say he has put my request through for the voucher and I should get it in the next two days. Anyway I kept emailing and emailing telling Serdar that my contract with them has now been broken and to refund my money but no reply. two days later in comes the voucher I didn't request so again I email Serdar telling him about breach of contract and that I didn't want or request a voucher, and also pointed out to Serdar that it was even missing the 10 percent extra. Sedar replied telling me he has extended the voucher until the end of 2021 and applied the 10 percent. Anyway Ive since sent 50 emails atleast over the last week with no reply anymore. Where do you go from here?

I ask for a refund due to travel restriction (covid19) but they refuse with blaming of "hotel supplier" without name, email and location. It'is very bad company and otel.com is their image.

Terrible company. Booked hotel through Otel.com and had to cancel due to covid and can’t even get a response from Otel let alone my refund, even though I spoke to hotel who has ensure me that they issued a full refund back to Otel.com. Still waiting.... 2.5 months and counting

Hotel closed due to Covid, refund refused by Otel.com (even though the hotel confirmed that they had refunded Otel.com). Claimed money back via bank chargeback. Clearly a scam company - there is even a Facebook group of victims of Otel.com!

Terrible experience with this company. Hotel I booked through them is closed due to COVID19 and they still won’t provide a refund on the night booked even though they have not paid the hotel with my prepaid payment. Out $600 now and can’t even rebook my Miami Beach trip

Booked a reservation through Otel.com and tried to contact them and sent numerous message through my account to which I have received zero communication.
Reading other reviews (unfortunately following my booking) wished I’d never booked through them first and last time!
Obviously no travel during theses difficult times due to CoVid 19 and it would appear no way of cancelling/refunds or contact with them.

I booked a hotel through Trivago Canada, the booking site was Otel. I had to cancel the same day due to schedule changes. One - the price agreed to was $348.55 CAD and I was charged $507.88. Two - after a month of trying to get my credit card charge reversed, no luck. Just basic communication, no one trying to help. very bad experience and looking for help to recover my money.
