Ordered two customized ugly christmas sweaters that was supposed to be a gift to family. The first sweater was customized with a name and number. The second sweater was REQUESTED with having NO NAME and NO NUMBER. However, both sweaters have BOTH the same name and number. This only comes to show how little this company pays attention to details. However, the sweater looks great though. I recommend not combining orders together as this company don't pay attention to details.

Could not get my package that was delivered to this location

I put an order for a viking skull christmas sweater on Dec. 08, 2024. Since I've followed up with two emails asking about my order. Both have gone unanswered. I'm willing to wait for the order, I just want a response. I'm about ready to call my bank and ask for a refund based on non-response from this company. They even have the audacity to charge a tip. A tip for what? To ignore me?

The same day that I posted this, I received my package. Still no response from the company though.....

I was almost about to buy this item but after reading all the problems people had with this company i fast changed my mind,this kind of problems is very common with chinese companys,true story

Like many others, I was taken in by the slick advertising of the printed baseball shirts. The print and quality looked first class on their Facebook adverts.
However, in reality, the quality is not a true representation in real life. Transparent nylon with a single stich does not qualify for quality. I have purchased similar types of shirt in a shop for the same price. However, the shirts are at a much higher quality.
This is the problem. What you see on line is not necessarily a true picture of the goods you receive.
The first issue was sizing. Apparently, this company sizes its shirts on the width of your shoulders and length of body. So if you have slim or very broad shoulders like i do the shirt will not hang right.
I contacted the company and was told I didn't qualify for a refund as it was a size issue. This is not covered in their refund policy. I tried to explain the size issue as to my shape, but still not given a refund. Despite many emails trying to explain my predicament I have still not been offered a refund.
Instead, they offered me another shirt this time larger. Why? When I explained the sizing didn't work for me so why would you send out another shirt.
Out of frustration and coupled with a lack of good customer understanding i agreed to accept the larger shirt.
To my astonishment received a further email stating they had reneged on their offer. Instead, i was advised to see an ombudsman to assist with my complaint as they no longer wished to engage with me.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL when purchasing baseball shirts from this company as the quality and customer service is not what they advertise.

Terrible communication and terrible service. Tracking was terrible for my item and it took 1 month from China to get my product when it said it was USA made. Never again.

I am very pleased with the Tatkuink jerseys, they are high quality and fit well! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they made a mistake on an order, however once I told them of the mistake they sent me the correct jerseys free of charge and they got here quickly! The customer service was great to deal with and while mistakes happen, they made sure they made it right. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
