The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!! I didn’t receive a tracking number I also paid to expedite my dress. When I contacted her she was so rude and got an attitude, she literally told me “it’s not my fault you don’t check your emails” I never received an email WTH. So unprofessional. My dress came in so late I wasn’t able to wear it to the event I wanted to. I tried contacting again, she never opened my messages. LADIES I repeat DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

Sadly I purchased over £300+ worth of items… which were beautiful. However the keffiyehs (scarves) had threading lose losing half the patterning in the scarf. I tried to contact them regarding this and the first thing stated was that they ‘asure that wouldn’t have happened and all items are quality checked’. I wanted to support the business but it’s sad to know my word isn’t trusted as a customer, and my concern was brushed off. The tassels on the jackets also fell off immediately. The stitching was poor. £300 worth of items wasted :( and nothing was done to compensate for this… unfortunate for a fellow Palestinian business. And as a loyal customer. Quite a hurtful experience. I will 100% go to other small Palestinian businesses in future. I would have been happy for them to receive them back just to fix the sewing at the very least! But no such help was offered. Not a single thing but denial and pushing the blame onto me as the customer. Very sad.

I got the most beautiful dress from this small buisness, they even donated 10% to the Palestinan medical aid. It came with a veil and an embroiered belt which completed it effortlessly to the most beautiful look.

Dont hesistate from getting one of their beautiful dresses :)
