- Great service: I had an issue on my end that I needed to place two orders and I got a call from the company where they merged the order and refund the second shipment cost which was nice
- Fast delivery: I ordered many products and they were delivered fast

I called the company to check upon my…
I called the company to check upon my order and they helped me very good. They advised me to change my plans as I didn't calculated correctly. They even managed to adjust the initial order without charging extra for shipment. Service was good and quick. I would recommend this company.

The product looked good but forget…
The product looked good but forget about trying to return the goods.
We ordered them as they looked really good but our tiller said it won't fit for the tiles we had.
I had gotten in contact with them and was told there would be a 20% surcharge for returns which is not stated on their website only 25% for trade and business. (Purchased for private).
I had only opened 2 boxes/ 4.
I returned them in the original packaging and same delivery box that I had received them in.
Now the seller is claiming I have sent 3 boxes damaged and will have 50% deducted on my refund.
Buyer beware!

Som jag skrev till dig; som privatkonsument behöver du inte betala de 20% (bara 50% för de med skadade förpackningar – du har själv sett bilderna på hur de såg ut när vi fick dem). Du måste förstå att om vi tar emot produkter som vi inte kan sälja till fullpris behöver vi täcka kostnaden för detta. Och det är som sagt du som behöver göra en anmälan till PostNord med de bilder jag skickat dig.

As I wrote to you; as a consumer you don't have to pay the 20% (only 50% for the ones with damaged boxes – you've seen the images of them). You have to understand that if we receive products that we can't sell full price we need to get the cost covered. And as I said you have to make a complaint to PostNord with the images I sent you.
