Purchased and paid for next day delivery received 5 days late did a patch test with 3 ml don’t waste your money fake as anything applied more and left agin and could still feel avoid avoid avoid won’t allow me to use photo of product but have proof of purchase and product and receipt

Ordered this on the 12th April for my first ever tattoo, writing this on the 20th April the cream still hasn’t arrived an I had my tattoo today without any numbing cream as the company was quick enough to take my money but no updates on when the cream would be arriving and the Royal Mail tracking number didn’t work when trying to contact someone from the company it took days! Will not be using this place again for sure!

Couldn’t ask for a better customer service. Had issues with ordering for next day delivery they upgraded for no extra cost. When issues with evri delivery company, tattoo numbs kept me up to date and. Highly recommend have used before and will keep using

Still haven’t had confirmation of posting and don’t bother emailing this company because they have the business skills of A 5yr old …. Now I have requested a chargeback from the bank …. Again pathetic communication but took my money straight away …. Personally I advise using many other products and stay away from these clowns will be perusing a fraud claim

Used for a tattoo. Completely numb after applying it for 90 mins wrapped in cling film however it only lasted an hour. Used the full tube on a 5cmx10cm area and followed all instructions. Wouldn’t recommend for anything my longer than the hour as once it goes it’s quickly

I bought this cream for waxing (because I'm a big baby that can't handle pain) as the previous brand I used was discontinued. I put this on the areas about 40 mins before I was due to be waxed and it worked great, could barely feel a thing. Numb for quite a while afterwards as well so can only imagine how ideal this would be for a tattoo. Will definitely be purchasing again in the future.

Really great stuff make sure and just follow the instructions also wrap tight in clingfilm for 90mins prior it will last a 4hr sitting if applied properly.

Stayed completely numb for my hour session. Intact it didn't wear off for around 5 hours. Great stuff

I apply this 45-60 mins before getting a tattoo- I’ve had 1 big tat and 3 smaller ones with it and I do not feel a single thing! I cannot recommend this enough!!

Had a tattoo done today and put the cream on hours before didn't work for me felt very painful

Bought three tubes for a mid back tattoo. Wanted to make sure I had a thick layer. Dermarolled after a hot soak, then applied, 90mins later removed, and was complete numb but for 25mins. The remaining 3hrs was excruciating sadly. As every tattoo artist has to wipe every few minutes, I feel with every wipe the numbing Creams wears off? Unsure if it's the cream of any a soap spray can lessen effects? So sad as I prayed this would work.

The best numbing Cream on the market excellent service and fast delivery will be ordering more for next sitting
