Just excellent

I have been a customer of Tatty Devine for a few years now. Every time I have been to a shop, and every time I bought online, I have had excellent service and customer care. Of course, shopping in person is always more fun, as you get to talk to the staff who are very friendly and also knowledgeable. However, since the start of the social distancing phase because of Coronavirus, shopping at the store has not been possible. I have bought online twice since all this started, and was very happy with the packaging, customer care, and also the delivery times.
This is a business which I am proud to support.

Repair service - excellent

I took 5 pieces of 'vintage' TD jewellery to the Seven Dials shop to be repaired. Four were done on the spot but the 5th had to be sent back to the Care Team at HQ. Superb service all round - communication great. Happy granddaughter who was distraught at having broken her Granny's Hallowe'en necklace.

A great British quirky brand

A great brand, lovely and quirky jewellery. Always delivered quickly and I also love their homewares and luggage. It’s great to support such an original British brand and a treat to wear and own their gorgeous well made items too. Have bought many times before and will buy many times again. Thank you Tatty Devine I am a fan.

The original and best acrylic jewellery designers

As a massive tatty devine fan for a number of years, the 5* review goes without saying.

The loveliest staff and fantastic jewellery.

Keep pushing the box with innovative ideas and designs.

My only concerns are your earrings as they are not made for delicate ears and as a result I always have to change the hooks and studs to those more suited for sensitive ears. Given the prices of your jewellery, this should not be the case.
