Extremely disappointing experience with this brand.

The product quality was nowhere close to what was shown online. The color of the kurta and pant did not match properly, the fabric quality felt different for both pieces, and the overall fit was very poor.

What’s even worse is the customer service. I have been trying to contact the team through emails, calls, and Instagram DMs regarding a return and refund, but there has been absolutely no response from their side. Comments are turned off on Instagram as well, which honestly makes the whole experience feel even more unprofessional.

A brand should at least be responsive when a customer faces an issue. Very disappointed with both the product and the after-sales support. I would strongly not recommend.

Please be cautious before ordering from this company. My experience has been very disappointing.

The products they deliver are very cheap in quality and look nothing like the images or videos shown in their ads. It feels misleading and not what customers expect when ordering.

I have also tried contacting them through email, Instagram, and WhatsApp, but they have not responded at all.

Because of this experience, I would strongly advise others to stay away and think carefully before placing an order.

This company is a scam. They deliver products and no response from the team and they do not Except any returns and the amount. I have tried multiple times reaching out to the company. The company is not responding.
