Taurusbeds were on the ball from the minute we placed our order, checking with us to ensure that they would deliver what we wanted, when we wanted it.
In addition to customer services being attentive the delivery men were polite, efficient and respectful.
This is the 2nd time we've bought from Taurusbeds and we recommend them to family and friends.

Customer service, delivery and the quality of these beds exceeded my expectations. Ordering was easy with good telephone advice. Delivery (to the far North of Scotland) was not cheap, but it was a fair price given that the beds are heavy and the journey long. The delivery drivers were cheerful, capable, careful and prompt. I assembled the three single beds myself in half a day - it takes work, but is not difficult and the results are sturdy and elegant. Two of the beds had modified headboards due to our low ceiling and this had been done perfectly. My chap, a bit of a boat-builder who knows about these things, was impressed with the quality of the wood. Thank you to all at Taurusbeds - we sleep soundly and these will last for decades.

The service from Taurus Beds was just perfect. They were super helpful in finding the right orthopaedic product and went to extra effort to help when I made a mistake in the purchase admin! I'm glad I went back to them, years later, as a loyal customer! (Even though I'd left London by then.)

Ordering was easy even with the addition of a special request. The bed arrived well within the timeframe given. It was delivered at the time the delivery company said it would be. Construction was easy, the bed pieces were well made and all pre-drilled holes lined up accurately. Impressed with how efficient the whole process was and the bed is fabulous!

Good quality bed delivered at a time convenient for us

I bought a narrow single Taurus bed for my daughter in 2009. I've now dismantled it because we're moving. It is still solid as a rock and in perfect condition. I cannot recommend the build quality of these beds highly enough. The only reason I'm leaving this review now is because I found the receipt stuck to the underside of the accompany under bed drawers and was curious to see if the company was still going strong.

The customer service and communication from Taurus beds was incredible. As my renovation was delayed, Taurus beds kept the beds for me with not problem and were so patient with my changing dates! It was so easy to communicate with them by phone. The delivery of the beds was great and the actual beds themselves are beautiful, sturdy and very comfortable. Thank you!

Bought a mattress from Taurus. Very friendly, took my order on the phone, let me know when the delivery would be. The delivery guys turned up on time, brought in the new mattress for me and took away(there is a fee) the old one in minutes. Really good service from a local family-owned company.

I ordered a new Dunlopillo mattress from Taurus beds the day after the shops were able to open again. Perhaps because of Covid/Brexit there was a delay in getting the mattress made and delivered. Taurus took it very seriously and made sure I was informed on a weekly basis about progress. The delay wasn't their fault but they took great care to ensure that I was satisfied. I would definitely use them again.

This is my second bed from Taurus. As well made now as it was twenty five years ago. Highly recommended workmanship.
