DO NOT USE
Actual cost exceeded quote by about $1000AU not including extra costs not included in the quote. Motorbike arrived eventually after multiple delays and it was damaged due to poor restraints. No responsibility accepted by Taurus Logistics at all.
Reply... All the cost you mentioned were agreed to and payed separately.
Not including these extras the bill was still nearly $1000AU over the quote.
I have done the repairs myself so have no recipes to fill in your claim. Witch you advised me would not be approved unless fault was proven and you deny this.

Hi Adrian,
Thanks for your feedback, but as explained the additional costs are your Import GST, quarantine cleaning and the valuation you agreed to. The valuation we supplied reduced your value from $14,000 to 5,500 and a significant saving in GST. These are exclusions on your quote and are clearly explained in advance.
In terms of the damage; we do have a process for claims and I have asked you multiple times for the claim to be completed and costs for repairs, which you have not supplied. From my investigations, it appears quarantine did not secure your bike correctly after they performed treatment, but to proceed further I do need the claim information from you.

First time at this freighting thing…
First time at this freighting thing from overseas but needed to be done and urgently. This company came through with 100% intake. Really so pleased with the end results. At first just was so nervous about it all and not calm at all. I think I must have annoyed them so much but they kept their promise and came through with flying results. Moving a car from NZ to AU

Taurus is my right choice.
It’s hard to make a decision to choose a company to shipping my car from Auckland to Australia. After some researching, I choose Taurus to do this job. They give a reasonable quote , they also have long history and professional knowledge back up for the case. All the staffs work there all quite patient and nice to answer my questions and email. Although I need wait my car for twice times inspect and quarantine in Australia, it’s take a while. They still doing good job to solve all the problems about export and import processing. Thanks to all the Taurus staff both work at New Zealand and Australia. They are excellent ! Definitely highly recommended!
