While you are always scared when you get a letter from the IRS. The money I paid for problems with my return was well worth the money. From the first call to the very last, I was kept up to date on my case. They explained everything that would happen and, in the end, I was issued the money that was on my original paperwork. The coordinator and manager I dealt with were clear and forthcoming, yet I do think there is more that could be done as I was a victim of two hurricanes and never received important tax information from the IRS because I was moving.
I did complete a letter explaining alll of this and sent it with the required form to the IRS un hopes of them erasing the late fees they attached to this bill. I did this on my own and hope to be able to bargain a bit with the IRS.

Joji continues to address items to my husband who passed 4 months ago…seriously how many times do I have to say my husband passed. It is so hurtful. Shame on you for bringing this pain to me
