No money, no response, it may not be fraud but it's certainly a disgrace
I'm a councillor working on behalf of a resident who was supposed to get his tax refund in November. Many emails and phone calls get no result. I have reported to the police (Actionfraud) for potential fraud and am helping my resident to claim through the small claims court. I have also alerted HMRC to poor practice or perhaps worse but they are not in the least interested in the behaviour of a company they seem to endorse. Disgraceful.
Is it a coincidence that 3 of the 4 people who like TaxDay also all like Compressyourself and Tapcentre? Quite a coincidence :)
