she answered my question and told me that I could get a check from the IRS if I waited the 30 days stated on the CP53E. I thought that this is what would happen but I needed verification. This has saved me the frustration of trying to use a site that failed to work for the last 2 hours. It was also in a timely manner,

Jacob was very knowledgeable about how…

Jacob was very knowledgeable about how to resolve my issues of selecting the write form in order to update misinformation regarding my taxes. Jacob told me that if I have any questions about anything, I could contact him. I did not felt that I was brushed off or wasted his time. I am sure Jacob had other concerns with customers before me, but it felt like I was his first customer and he was concerned.
Thanks again Jacob for a job well done.
